When we entered the hotel, we were asked to pay entire amount upfront saying that we have booked from third party which is unusual. We saw guets paying after the status at reception.
Nobody helped us to take luggage to our room saying it's a self service.
We wanted to order dinner ala carte but nobody bothered to take our order and we saw other guests complaining dinner quality. We had to order from outside
No body took our feedback at hotel.

The rooms are small but very neat and clean..the staff is very courteous and helpful..the duty manager Rupesh and his staff is amazing..
The dining area needs to be expanded as it's too small for a 101 capacity room hotel..people had to wait until the others finished to find a place to sit and dine.please expand or move the dining area to a bigger place within the hotel..

Did not liked anything about the hotel... food was worst....service was worst... staff was not supportive.. no cleanliness... plates and spoons were not cleaned and food was on floor.. the hotel person was cleaning table after calling for 10 times and putting the food on floor rather than cleaning it properly... horrible hotel... will share with others not to go to this places at any cost.... just horrible experience

the room was basic, its not for 2 people its just for single person travelling for work.
food was basic, location was good so as the staff.
this is a budget lodge, recommended for single traveller. the toilet and bathroom is seperate which is slightly inconvinet for 2 travellors, there was no cupboard for clotes and there was hadly any space in the room. the breakfast was basic.

nice place with small rooms. the place is good for one night stays. can do much better. needs to up the stakes as there are other hotel with much better services.
the room services is a bit slow and there is no smoking rooms. also there is insects in the cafeteria. Most of the food in the menu is not available and they do not update you quick on what is and whats not available. in the breakfast, they do not refill quickly and we had to wait for minimum30 minutes for them to refill.

Rooms are very small. Breakfast doesn’t have variety. Standard items like Idli, Meduwada etc. Misal was pathetic.. no taste. No live counter even for egg omelette.

B/F. At 9 am few of the items like brown bread, vegetable sandwich, croissants were out of stock so they couldn't refill the containers. Restaurant staff at B/F time was not active/enthusiastic, may be not enjoying his work.

Breakfast was not that great, The food was average! every time you will have to tell the staff to clean , Refil the serving bowls. i would many other guest screaming and banging the table for breakfast service.

Firstly I had booked the top floor room by paying few extra hundreds and at the time of check in I was told that your room is on 3rd floor, when asked about the last floor they said it will take 1 hour to prep the room and when I mentioned about the booking, they gave the key in 5 mins
Secondly I was told that the in room dining is available 24 hours when I called at 1:30am to place an order I got to know that the in room dining is not available today
The room size is very small, you will get better places at lesser prices in nashik!

Everything was great! The location, the staff, the cleanliness of the property, the rooms, the comfortable beds — all of it exceeded our expectations.
Would stay here again!
The rooms feel a tad small for two adults. And there is no place to hang a towel inside the bathroom, which is a problem!
