This property is awesome and made our mountain bike adventure a success! The property was great (nice layout, clean, well-equipped, quiet) and the Vacasa staff very responsive and delightful. (Note that the hotel/condo staff (doorman, spa, etc) were courteous and helpful. Checkin and checkout were simple – no issues. Location couldn’t be better with the condo being adjacent to the chairlifts. We can’t wait to return next summer.

Property was great, clean, easy access to ski slopes and base area, simple check in/out process but, the resort obviously has a chip towards VRBO/Vacasa units. Front desk and bellman went out of their way to let us know they were not there to service the Vacasa units.
Vacasa, toss the property managers a bone and ask them to lose the chip.

Nice and clean slopeside condo. Upon arriving we only were given one garbage bag and no dishwasher detergent. Lack of blankets was also an issue along with getting someone to pick up our garbage. Also the on site laundry is not for guests who book through Vacasa. We had a difficult time trying get someone to come and help with the issues.

When I was reading the reviews originally for this condo, as someone who has never been to Big Sky, it was unclear to me just how close it was to the chairlifts. This is literally as close as you can get! It's hard to tell from a map but this condo is central to everything. My husband and kids ski, but I don't - so it was also important to be near shopping and dining. We were all super happy with the location. As for the condo itself, it was clean and had an awesome layout. We had three adults and three kids and everyone had their own space. There are two beds and a pull-out couch upstairs in the loft, PLUS a pullout couch in the living room and a primary suite with a King bed. There are three bathrooms (two with showers only, one with a tub). The views were spectacular. The staff of the hotel was lovely. To be clear, I didn't tell them right away that we were staying with Vacasa instead of through the resort directly, so I think that helped. When we had one small problem, the Vacasa staff was quick to help and got it remedied immediately. I definitely encourage anyone second-guessing to book this condo. You won't regret it.

Loved the whole experience. Condo was spacious. We had loft that was huge area with own bathroom. Fromt door staff all extremely friendly and always smiling Nd helpful. If u like mountain biking this is the place for u. Lift right n site and it looked like all levels of biking on site. Wish I could have done that. We didn't have bikes and didn't budget trip for that experience with rentals of bike a bit high. Easy to get around. Hour to yellowstine hour from bozeman Airport but very easy ride to either. Just peaceful. Do ur homework for restaurants. Reasonable priced ones had long wait times so go early. Only thing that was difficult was walking from parking lot. All uphill amd steep. Or can do tunnel but 4 flights. It is a mountain your on so cant change that fact. Lol. I have use of everything there even through vacasa. Jiat check with doorman for gate code. They change often.

The condo and location was great. Easy access to the mountain and everything within the village. The issue with the place is that there was absolutely no communication ahead of our stay. I reached out to the management group 3 different times and did not receive a response. I booked through VRBO and did not get any check-in instructions until I downloaded the Vacasa app. Had I not downloaded the app as a last resort we wouldn't have had the information needed to access the condo. Also it was listed that there were 2 parking passes in the home and we were unable to find anything or contact anyone to ask questions. Luckily the staff at Shoshone Condos were extremely helpful and gave us parking passes on our word. The description is also a little misleading when it says we have access to the hot tub/gym amenities. The amenities are shared with the condo guests and we were not given access since we did not contract directly through the condo. Great home that we would book again had the communication been better.

Great location right at the base of the mountain. Everything you need is within walking distance. Nearest lift is only a few 100 ft. from the building.

No dealing with front desk check-in was nice. We couldn’t find TP in our room, but the gal who came to gather trash took care of that. Bedding was not where you would expect to find it, but it was there. Places to eat on property was helpful for our large group. We would stay here again! Thanks!

Stayed here with 6 kids who absolutely loved the access to the Mountain, pool and hanging out in the Village. With many kids going in different directions it was easy to come back up eat and rest. Code for the door was great so key cards were not lost. Condo was set up so all kids were upstairs and all slept great. Temperatures controls were great for the 2 levels. 3 Bathrooms were perfect for getting ready in the morning and after the pool. Plenty of space, loved the access to the Village. Condo was very comfortable and clean!

First I had to download their app and they wouldn't use the VRBO app to communicate, nor did they answer repeated messages. Second, the condo had 0 cleaning supplies and 1 garbage bag in the condo for the entire week.. I specifically asked about a washer and drier onsite and was told there wasn't one located in the building. I then received a check-in email that stated there was one!! seriously I paid way too much for fees to have such a crappy experience.

Great location and perfect size for a family of four. The loft gave our kids a space to hang out. Very clean and app provided all the info we needed to access the room and parking lot. In the Shoshone, you are a walk to the shops, restaurants, and lifts. Great stay.

4 of us stayed here for an event we had on the mountain. Check in was simple & got right in. Place was clean, ample room & convenient location if your plans include the mountain & village. We will stay every year for the event now.

Love that the unit was ready at an early time. The place is clean. And beds are very comfortable. I'd like to see a few things when we go back. Kitchen towels, a better set of cutting knives maybe? We do use the kitchen and love to cook. Thos would have been very nice to have. Over all this place is great. We enjoyed our stay.
