The location
It was too crowded and there some buggs in the room, but the staff was very reactif about it

- Size of the room specially that the bed it taking all the space in the room. And since it has a big bathroom it’s already included in the room size .
- The noise as it’s impossible to sleep before 4/5am since there is a shared pool where few people gather to drink and smoke . They tend to make a lot of noise but the staff don’t interfere even though it’s a shared area and that can affect other guests . Since there is no phone in the room i needed to walk to the reception to ask the receptionist to tell the noisy guests to lower their voice as they didn’t let us sleep and it was already3:30AM. After 2 days I experienced the same thing again and I decided to leave the hotel.

The AC provided was excellent and cooled the unit very well. Having a secured car parking space and location.

Pool and surrounding area very nice. Excellent facilities in the apartment' including washing machine
Shower was broken and even though it was reported, nothing was done. The music around the pool was extremely loud and off putting.

Modern, welcoming, central to the beach, shops and restaurants, staff were great and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay!

Everything was great so peaceful at the apartments, but just around the corner from everything too the supermarket, restaurants and beach only a few minutes away, we even had our own pet cat at the apartment that was adorable😌, we had a great stay😊

The location is a couple of minutes walk from a gravel sandy beach (many are pebbles which i dislike), if you buy a drink the beds are free. The location has bars & shops by it but it's set back just enough so you don't hear any loud music from bars. We had a room overlooking the car park so we weren't affected by the music & noise from the pool area. Aircon & fridge were great. Private parking was a huge plus. I would stay here again as long as we have a car because the beds are comfy & it's quiet & spacious.
The wifi works close to the windows by the car park but not everywhere in the lounge & not at all in the bedroom at the back. Best buy a SIM at the airport when you arrive. The staff barely speak English so can't explain what to visit etc., lack of kitchen equipment, esp microwave is difficult especially as prices for restaurants are similar to cheaper places in Paris now. Local supermarkets sell cheese, ham and yoghurt, you need to go to the 5M Milgros by car to have more choice. It's very touristy-tacky, lots of tattooed Brits drinking from 11am in the local restaurants. We mainly drove into Bodrum to dine near the marina.

Was a beautiful apartment nice size with a big American like fridge .washing machine was brilliant .even had a dishwasher but never used it as wont cook on holiday.especially with no kids with us this time .had a lovely pool bar which made great turkish tea .was handy for the bars and restaurants

Not really a negative but the shower screen could be wider...maybe attach another bit on the end that moves.as the floor gets wet

The staff were looking at every movement and chasing us as though we were criminals and they are the police. We felt very uncomfortable and regret staying at this property!
The breakfast was awful cheese was out of date it smells horrible. The bathroom was covered with dust and cockroaches 🪳 were moving freely. The woman preparing breakfast was constantly touching her hair and then chopping salad.

The place advertise was not at all that was offered. Breakfast was suppose to be included but breakfast was not served unless you asked for it at the reception which is after 9.00 am and crap breakfast egg bread cheese but no butter. Swimming pool really filthy cats fur floating, cats fur every where on the property. You can't even enjoy sitting outside cats every where. No hot water in the morning.short of hygiene supplies. Overall very bad experience

We had an absolutely amazing time. The staff was fantastic, the apartment was exactly as advertised, and the vibe was great! The breakfast was delicious, and the place is very well located.
We liked that there was a market very close, but also restaurants! There are a lot of cats, but luckily our family loves cats. The beach is close, but the road needs to be cleaned, it is a little bit dirty out of season.

The pool side is amazing! The location can't be better.
Amenities in the rooms are zero. So bring your own washing powder for the washing machine, your own foam and dish washing liquid for doing the dishes, oil for cooking and eveything else.

Very nice hotel in a convient location a few minutes walk form the beach and next door to restaurants. Close to local bus stop to get inot the centre of Bodrum. Breakfast was vary good and served by the pool.
This was an apartment that had a kitchen and although a hoover was in the room there was not a dust pan and brush, no floor or dish clothes, no washing up liquid. Little things but make a different between a good stay and an excellent one

Breakfast was good and short walk to beach. Nice restaurant in the same building
Paper thin concrete building? If a coin was dropped in a nearbe room, it sounded like it was in the your room. Unlucky with bulgarian neighbours partying 24/7. One night it was loud music, partying and literally screams until 5AM. No staff reactions. When they fell asleep 5AM we hoped for maybe 5 hours sleep, but no: 0730 they were back at it. Wouldnt want to go back there even if I got paid to stay there
