The rooms are cute and comfortable. The iron and dryer were so convenient to have. For guests who complain about dark rooms always choose the upper not ground rooms.
Don't bring a lot of unecessary luggage there is no elevator and no one to help carry it but its only one floor up so you'll be fine. It was 7-10mins away from where I'd been working so that was super helpful. The shower pressure was great. Wifi worked perfectfly too.
I didn't like the channels on that Tv,they were so old. Some Netflix or Youtube would've been great. They could add more utensils not just one teaspoon.

It is a great location if you are at GIBS
There was no water several times and this was really inconveniencing.
