Absolutely beautiful cottage & location.
Exceeded all my expectations, one of the best places I have visited.
Driveway is available for 1 vehicle.
Excellent facilities, lots of character & charm 😍
Comfy bed & pillows, towels provided, all excellent quality!
Fully equipt kitchen, milk, tea & coffee provided on arrival, welcome gift, excellent touch!
Local pub Black Bull served a lovely homemade pie & chips!
I would definitely recommend this cottage, I can not wait to return
You need to purchase your own logs or coal for the log/coal burner.
Logs available to purchase in Stanhope, much cheaper than the local village shop.

The lovely lemon cake on arrival and the fresh milk in the fridge.
The location was excellent and the off-road parking a bonus
