Ararat Resort Tsaghkadzor

We've stayed here a couple of times before, but this visit was disappointing. Hallway noise was a problem: guests were talking loudly in the corridor in the middle of the night. Others were smoking by the main entrance at midnight, and with our windows open for fresh air, the smell came straight into the room. The bathroom sink also drained very slowly, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay. We hope management addresses these issues, as we'd like to return to the level of comfort we experienced on previous visits.

The hotel offers an exceptional experience with a standout spa, high-quality breakfast, all supported by a remarkably friendly and professional staff.

the room rates prices feel slightly inflated and do not perfectly align with the expected value. Despite these pricing concerns, the high service standards make it a solid choice, provided the management considers a more competitive pricing structure

Location was good to enjoy snow in the winter and views from the windows.Amenities were not like the five star but it was ok. Room and hotel temperature was pleasant for winter. We enjoyed playing in the snow.

Little bit language problem and few more amenities should be there in the room like glassware etc.if you have your own vehicle then the place is perfectly fine otherwise little far from the market.

It has a good pool and cool spa zone.

The rooms are very small and with tiny windows, even on the 4th floor. The food was very poor and not even serious for a Half Board.
