Perfect location. Gorgeous views and position for sunsets in the balcony. Spotlessly clean. Warm as toast in autumn. Everything you need. Terrific facilities. Lots of thoughtful touches. Such friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing we didn’t like. A couple of suggestions - Not everyone is comfortable with a firm bed and pillows. Might be nice to offer a mattress topper and a soft pillow alternative. A folder tourism literature to browse would be useful.

The views are just stunning and the lodges are separate so it is lovely for a family holiday. Teh hot tub was a treat for my boys. Easy parking right outside the lodge.
The bathroom really isn't up to standard. Broken tiles and a little dated but on the whole this is a small issue

You are absolutely paying for the location. We stayed in Lodge 8 and loved the hot tub. Staff were friendly.
It is in serious need of a makeover. It looks pretty run down when you enter. Some drawers wouldn’t open in the bedroom. Beds were rock solid. The hotel food was not good. We ate in the hotel on the first night and left most of the food on the plate. Next morning we went over for some hot rolls but were told the cooker wasn’t working.
