Good facilities, helpful staff, apartment was clean and comfy.

Bad smell in the main entrance but couldn't smell it once we was in the apartment. Tv didn't work, staff tried to help but couldn't. Was on a main road so noise from traffic and passers by.

Clean room, plenty of utensils

Room could have been more aired, with it being hot it was a bit warm in the room

Its very Local other guests are quite clean room very comfortable bed

It was warm could do with a fan but otherwise no complaints

not a lot

when arrived, two towels were dirty, didn’t look or smell washed, first night getting into bed I noticed stains on the bedsheet and duvet cover. all dishes, cutlery, pots & pans had leftover food on them, shower & sink was dirty, had to clean it myself, floors weren’t cleaned properly either. also what would really bother me and my partner was a few minutes after the toilet being flushed, there was a horrible smell coming out every single time, even from the bathroom sink water, which didn’t seem clean either, it had a smell to it too. and neighbours were very loud during all hours of the day and some during the night, and the halls didn’t smell pleasant either. i personally don’t believe it was worth how much I paid for. personally i’d like a partial refund as it was not welcoming at all nor was it clean as i had to buy products & clean everything myself on the first day.
