This was an amazing place, far beyond our expectations. We were a family of 4 and everyone enjoyed their stay at this cosy quiet apartment with a scenic view of the Ararat Mountain. The host was flexible with a late check-out, for which we are grateful. The apartment itself has all the necessary equipment for cooking, making tea, washing clotes, etc. There is a separate bedroom making the apartment suitable for between 4-6 people to sleep at.
Not for people with mobility issues, as the apartment is on the 4th floor without a lift (elevator).

The property offered a nice view and a cozy atmosphere, making the stay very relaxing. The flat was well equipped with everything we needed. The host was extremely polite and always ready to help with any questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
