The owner was above and beyond friendly and helpful. She speaks excellent English too. The house is a joy to stay in. We had the large Japanese tatami room which was luxurious in space and attention to detail. The whole house exudes a calm atmosphere and is nostalgic in every way. This area is excellent for visiting the surrounding sights. It's one of the nicest places to visit, the people are friendly and I could not recommend our host and her accommodation more. She is a valuable part of the community..

We had such a lovely stay at Keramiek Arita. The host was so warm and friendly, and was really helpful about finding places to eat, and when we accidentally left our water bottle after check out! The room was really comfortable, we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us. If we visit Arita again one day, we hope to stay here again!

Wow, a really unique and beautiful home. The tatami room was so beautiful and unique. Hanneke is a joyful host and we loved staying here.
