Authentic, very cute old house; well equipped; electric blankets; comfortable bed; hot water; equipped kitchen; large fridge; great location on the edge of town; friendly & informative host.
Took some effort to make the fire - would be easier with instructions (eg "keep fire to the back of the hearth to avoid smoking the house") and to have the necessary fire materials ready.

Really cosy place with a huge fireplace and electric blankets for the cold weather
Shower was tiny and darkly lit

Location. Electric blankets. Self book in.
Bathroom needs hooks and railings and better lighting.

Cute small house central in Sutherland
Could have a gas heater or something else to heat up the sitting room
