Better than expected

It’s a family night hood and they kept space for kids and cafe to have a seat and also next to supermarket and other facilities

Very helpful staff, language barrier at the beginning but tried to understand each other on day 2. Offered coffee & tea at the end of the night. Large room & bed for 1 person, I was out all day/night so really a place to shower & sleep which suited me. Having air con in the room was great. Overall suited my needs & good place to rest up at the end of the day & great staff who would look after you. I would go back if on my own.

Decent sized bathroom but didnt enjoy the shower, door was a bit jammy (forgot to mention to the staff otherwise I'm sure they would have tried to fix it). I thought I had run out of hot water but there's a switch you flick on to have hot water, so if you have none just ask on how to turn it on. Again I was always out the door & forgot to mention this. Amman can have a night life so it was noisy on some nights in the corridor, you could hear people talking, kids running, people opening/closing doors. Didn't have cleaning products to wash dishes - I didn't eat there so that doesn't matter but in case you do. And no cooking equipment if you wanted to cook your meals. Again didnt affect me but in case you do cook.

Spacious and at a very affordable rent. The young gentleman at the reception was an extremely friendly person.

No numbers on the rooms/apartments. Overall provisions no where near to what was mentioned in their description of the one-bed apartment we has opted for. Lack of amenities. Nothing looked fresh. Bed linen as if just taken out of the drier. Same with the bath linen which was only two bath towels, which were brought much later after our check-in. No face or hand towels. A very basic bathroom with a very noisy exhaust that was linked with the light switch. Power outlets in the bedroom and the lounge without covers. And some power outlets did not work. Despite being in the list of included items, no iron was provided and when requested was given one without an ironing board. Kitchenette with only an electric kettle and a hob. No microwave or a coffee machine. Very limited cutlery and crockery - 2 each of cups/saucers, plates, knives and forks but only one glass and one tea spoon. No cleaning products. No pots and pans, though description mentions possibility of cooking food. Only one toilet roll and almost half a box of facial tissues. Despite all this, the place does have a lot of potential BUT ONLY if they move their level of service a few notches above what they are currently offering. The property is decent - service and provisions need to IMPROVE!
