Cozy and clean with a comfortable well sized bed. Wasn’t much floor space to have our suitcase out unless we put it in the very well sized bathroom.
There was no staff present the whole time we were there, we were supposed to have breakfast however it closed at 10 even tho the first few emails we had stated 11. So the breakfast was confusing

Everything was brilliant it's just the location if you want a holiday stay. It's the perfect place for an event, a one or two night travelling stay, convention or if you need a place when visiting family etc. Convention centres are an under rated place to stay. They are usually super clean, efficient and lots of things to do like pool, gym, walks etc This place didn't disappoint!
It was perfect for us and the mothers day breakfast was a delightful bonus.

Breakfast was great with lots of options. The room and bed were comfortable. I enjoyed the trees and plants around the building.
There were about 20-30 dead ants in the bathroom that looked like maybe they had fallen from the ceiling. It was not a big deal, but a little gross. When I informed the front desk upon checkout, they didn’t apologize, but were more concerned about whether or not the ants were alive.

I had great difficulty in finding the place, out of the way and NO signage. The receptionist stated that everyone says the same thing. The bathroom vanity unit was blocked. I had to report that upon checking out. The coffee machine didn’t work at breakfast
