The shower handle came off in in my hand. I was unable to properly use the shower. There was not response either via email or phone call to get the shower situation corrected.

The property was clean and in a quiet, convenient location. It was comfortable, with plenty of room for two. We loved having a washer and dryer on the premises.
The toilet was very short and the shower needs updated.
