I liked the house and the amount of rooms & bathrooms. There was plenty of towels & wash clothes in each bedroom as well so that was good. Host response time to messages I sent was very fast expect at the end (described below).

There were quite a few dead horse flies laying around the house. The house was unable to get to a comfy cozy temperature throughout the house…very drafty especially the master bedroom where I slept. The place could use a good sweeping, all the bathrooms had strands of hair from the previous guests although a cleaning fee is required. The host was great until the end. She offered me to stay an additional night for an extra fee but when I asked about a late checkout of 1-2hrs, she said she wouldn’t know until she heard back from the cleaners but if I didn’t hear from by 9:45am then checkout was still 10am. She never got back to me so we checked out at 10am which was fine. We were just confused as to why a late checkout wasn’t available when she offered an additional night which we assumed means no one is checking in that day. Nevertheless, we would have appreciated to know either way, well before 15min before checkout. At minimum 7am so we know for sure either way but again, we never heard back.
