Very clean, nice bathroom, bed was comfortable.
Only a short walk to the town center.
Owner greeted us on arrival and farewelled us on departure.
Towels were scratchy.
Soap, shampoo, etc were budget brands, toilet roll was barely sized for 1 night!
Biggest issue was that the kitchenette was obviously located in a closet, it was uncomfortable to use and had no way to warm any food (i.e. no grill/hotplate or microwave.)

The room was beautiful, and everything was so well thought out and presented. It was impeccably clean, warm and extremely comfortable. Absolutely everything I needed was there, right down to shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Deborah was so welcoming and helpful. I would rate this as the best accommodation I have stayed in Central Otago and would definitely stay again.
Nothing it was perfect

Modern, clean, comfortable and well located. A large sized bedroom and ensuite.
Not as described on Booking.com. this is a large bedroom with ensuite, with part of the wardrobe shelving used to provide storage of some items you may expect in a kitchen. There is no kitchen, or dining table so difficult if you would like to self cater here.
