Удачное расположение, возможность бесплатной парковки, легкое заселение с кодовыми замками на дверях, доброжелательность персонала и забота о гостях: кофе, приветственная бутылка вина, приятные мелочи.
Номер специфический - ванна и душ расположены прямо в комнате с кроватью. Экстравагантно, но уместно только для части гостей, молодоженов, например. Не наш случай.

Very nice place: clean, good location, very nice host, close to supermarket and center. If i were in Ruse in future, i definetely would stay here once more time.

This place is located very close to the border, and after a tiring trip we were very happy to find this place to rest a bit before continuing our journey. We arrived quite late but the owner met us and helped us with everything we needed. A very polite and friendly person.

Everything was all right. The owner was friendly and we found a common solution to our special request for arriving a bit late than the stated in the houserule. We coudl use the kitchen, and the fridge, that was great. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, perfect place for tranzit.

The host was nice and awaited us for a late check-in since we had delays on our journey. The room was pretty good for a quadrable room. The bath was clean and included all the consumables we need. It's not luxury but it's more than perfect for its price. We visited the place for one night only so I cannot comment if it fits for longer stays.
The only bothering part was that it is close to a crowdy street and there was a noise from outside. However the host suggested drawing the blinds which we didn't do - so I suspect that was the issue.

Conveniently located near the train station (1 km or so, bus 12). Supermarkets and shops nearby. Comfortable beds and towels included. Clean bathroom, air-con in the room, quiet at night. Microwave oven and kettle available.
In the kitchen, cups and glasses dry up onto a dirty iron thing - should be hygienised immediately. No tea available. No recycling - all the rubbish goes together. A shame in the 21st century!

The place is close to the city center of Ruse. They have a separate kitchen with everything you need. It is a family bussiness, the owners are really nice persons.

The room was big and at a good price.They had a free parking area.
A little bit noisy late at night and very early in the morning.We were there with our 5 year old child.

The beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was excellent, there was a kitchen to make coffee, toast, and microwave whatever leftovers we had. The host was super welcoming, and the checkout was later, which was so kind and helpful! It may be a one star hotel, but it shines with a ten star attitude.
