You can see the pyramids right in front of you from the rooftop. It’s really great to see three pyramids through day and night. Staffs are super kind and friendly.

No hairdryer in the room. Shower room was so small.

Roof top excellent views of Pyramids, staff very helpful and can arrange all tours. Airport transfer very reliable. Management and staff very welcoming and professional. Rooms clean but not serviced daily.

the service was very poor. water supply was problemtic. when we were taking bath, the water supply stopped. Whole night there was no electricity for one night and no generator service. We have to keep ourselves in dark room without any support of fan or AC. Water is licking from the AC . There was no fan or AC in the breakfast area. the quality of the breakfast was very poor. Booking.com should not enlist this type of hotel in their list.

The rooftop was incredible! Definitely a highlight, we watched the sunset over the pyramids and the light and sound show here every night we could! The room was spacious and had everything you need, ac was amazing 😍 Exceptional service, thank you so much we would definitely stay again!

The views from the rooftop were sensational! the rooms are quite basic but they have everything you need to relax. The lads who checked me in were also very helpful and kind when my phone didn’t work upon arrival and needed to contact family

It’s located very well, right in front of the Pyramids Entrace. Also, the view from the small terrace is breathtaking!

The breakfast could be better or fresher, but it was decent. The room and hotel could need some renovation and proper cleaning If you’re a light sleeper you’ll have a hard time as it’s no isolation and you’ll hear everything from the street.

Very close to the entrance of the sphinx. KFC is nearby but the staff were horrible. The wifi was ok.

The staff was very rude and the area doesn't feel safe. On arriving the receptionist claimed we booked 2 rooms when we only booked 1 and kept on badgering us until the manager intervened. Just after we checked in, his supervisor started shouting at him. Then when we came down he brought it up again, telling us that we did book another room, even after I showed him my booking account which only had the 1 room. Finally the manager came and took our side. Moreover, there is no concierge service as the hotel claims. I asked help to book train tickets multiple times, and even though he said he would, he never did. Although the hotel is very close to the sphinx and the pyramids, the area is horrible. It's very dirty and hawkers pester guests as soon as they step out of the hotel.

View from the rooftop onto the Pyramids was good. Location is very close to a ticket office and entry gate to the Pyramids. Staff was doing their best to be friendly and helpful with do's and don'ts and safety warnings. One or two Curio shops, etc. around the corner.

The breakfast was not particularly good but made and presented with some kind of effort, but not close to European Standards. Coffee in the room came without milk and we were told that supplying milk would cost extra. Could not get the TV to work. Area is quite noisy and room not really soundproof. Room is very basic and door could not be locked from the inside at night. Shower enclosure is extremely small. We never felt completely at ease during our stay or around the Giza area, for that matter, without the presence of a tour guide.

The location is absolutely amazing with nice views of the pyramids when enjoying breakfast on the rooftop. The staff is also very helpfull and willing to assist when you have questions.

The waterpressure of the shower wasn't very good.

The staff is the best part of the deal. From the owner down, everyone is working 120% to make the stay enjoyable.

We stayed at the top floor and we didn't have enough water pressure. The carpet could have used some vacuuming.

Very helpful staffs, very clean room, wonderful view of the pyramids from roof top and sunset. Big traditional breakfast on rooftop or room. Helped us to get coach to go Luxor and returned to Cairo. Many thanks.

the place was really awful, we had a really bad experience. firstly, we booked a 2 bed room with a sofa cama and they only gave us 2 beds, so we had to share bed with my family which was uncomfortable because we were many for 2 beds. secondly, the manager was like a street seller trying to sell us trips around egipt with prices reaaaallly high, like triple of the real cost, so dont book this tours with them. thirdly we paid with us dollars and the day after they wanted to give us back our money and change it because they said it was too old, it wasnt that the real problem but the way they said it, manager and assistant very very agressive so my little sister was really scared about them and we had to move to another hotel, we felt really unsafe.
