Super clean with no odours. Quite. Bed was perfectly comfortable. Shops were just around the corner.
This is more of a suggestion than a criticism; it would be great to have a USB port to charge a phone.

Door frames in need of repair. Felt carpet could do with cleaning or replacing.

The location was excellent, rear access to the car park was very handy also, saved going up the stairs with a stroller.
The apartment was run down and dirty. The bathroom was mouldy and over all could have used a good clean. The cleanliness was a down fall, would take much to declutter and dust.

Excellent unit in prime location.

Kitchen is well equipped. It is in a great location and much cheaper than other accommodation in the area. The contact with the management was quick and effective.
It is very tired looking. Very stained carpet. Blanket was dirty and dusty. It is a noisy building early in the morning.

Great location and all the facilities you need
The accommodation was old and dirty which comes with age. I also found dirty dishes in the cupboards. There was an issue with the toaster which they fixed straight away. A good place to stay if you are looking for a place to rest your head at night.

THE LOCATION WAS VERY CLOSE TO A LOVELY LITTLE SHOPPING CENTRE WITH SUPERMARKETS AND CAFES, CLOSE TO WALKING TRACKS AND THE RIVER
THE ACCOMMODATION WAS DIRTY, MARKS ON BED LINEN NOT CLEANED, MOLD IN SHOWER AND ON ROOF IN BATHROOM AND COCKROACHES IN OVEN AND EATING AREA

Great location ,close to shops ,was quiet with comfortable bed.

We did not have a breakfast option. We catered for ourselves.
The key system was complicated and had to telephone Mabel to explain. We did not meet anyone at all. The carpet was old and not very clean. While happy overall. The toliet was smelly so we bought a cleanser. One of the bathroom sink taps was dripping.

bed was hard, no top sheet pretty basic , but you get what you pay for so in that regard it was as expected

Location is great, Coles, café and restaurants only 200m walk. A short but easy walk to the River, its quiet, clean with good in room facilities.
