The place is absolutely Beautiful exactly as shown in the pictures and out Unit was to die for. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The Picnic setup and Star gazing are a must do. Love that you have constant communication with reception if you have any issues or challenges. The privacy of the units especially if you do not want to be within crowds is amazing.
The Wifi in our Unit was not very usable nor stable, initially we could not connect to it and when we did it was so slow often we ended up using our phones. Our unit had the toilet downstairs outside of our room and waking up in the middle of the night in the bushes trying to go use the toilet was not very nice, it would have been better for the toilet to have been upstairs with the bedroom.

Very clean and the ecstatics are very nice. Wonderful views
The treatment. The establishment needs to remember that the front staff sets the tone for the whole trip. Our bedding was scrutinised on check out like where at a military camp. The lady had a touch on looking for stains so that we can pay for the bedding. It left a really sour taste in my mouth .eventually we we told that we left a hair gel on the pillow case and needed to pay R250 for it. When we asked for the pillow case before paying we were told that the stain was removed.
