they offer pick up from the harbor
at least they tried to solve the problems even though sometime it can't show
at the beginning, they gave us the room on first floor, next to the entrance. The room was so noisy because people kept sitting and talking in the patio outside the bnb. Then we complained and they changed for us to the room on the 3rd floor with a not very happy attitude.
and the room in thr 3rd floor has no wifi at all!
They didnt offer water, towel and toothbrush (but I asked and they gave me free)
