The apartment was in a fabulous location! It was only a 5 minute walk to Sao Bento train station and close to a lot of major attractions, shopping and restaurants. It also had a washing machine and drying rack which was really useful.
The communication with the property was very good. They were quick to respond to our messages, especially Maria and Diana.
The second bedroom was quite small but we managed ok for 3 nights. There was no dishwasher so it would have been good to have at least one tea towel for drying dishes.

The host is very friendly and responsive. He also offered us to call taxi for us to the airport.

Central location, had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
There was a washing machine but no laundry detergent (not even 1 pod). There was a Nespresso machine but no Nespresso pods! We were only there 2 days so didn’t want to buy laundry detergent or coffee pods! Hotel should at least have a basic starter pack.
