The property was exactly as described and just perfect for our holiday stay. Good sized rooms and bathrooms, fully kitted out kitchen and living room. The balcony had all the furniture required and a great view of the pool. The swimming pool was a good size and clean. It was clear everything was well looked after. The Portuguese Butler staff were always available by what’s app or when we first arrived. Big thank you to Alex, Rui and the housekeepers

Este alojamento é particularmente soberbo, boa localização, com tudo o que é necessário para umas maravilhosas férias em família. Desde a proximidade da praia, restaurantes e até atividades de campo e desporto, que era o que procurávamos nestas nossas férias em junho. Adorámos a piscina e desfrutámos bastante do ambiente calmo e tranquilo do condomínio.

We rented the place for a family getaway. Shortly before our arrival, I was contacted by the company to confirm a small change to our original choice of rooms - the same complex, same size, but the apartment we'd be getting was more recently renovated. I was hesitant to accept the change initially but Rui (the representative for Portuguese Butler) assured me it was a good change. He was right. The apartment was sparkling clean and had all amenities one would need during a short vacation stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, enough to prepare a simple breakfast or a fancy family dinner. It came with a full size fridge, electric range, toaster, microwave, and the dishwasher. There's also a washing machine. The rooms had plenty of storage, all furnitures and decorations were new and clean. There was a small balcony off of the living room - perfect for breakfasts - overlooking the common ground and the swimming pool. The complex is about 10-15 mins from the beach, but the stroll itself is very nice. Altogether we felt the distance from the beach was just right - close enough to let us enjoy it twice a day but far enough to not be bothered by tourists headed to and from the beach. Rui was very helpful and attentive during our stay. He even came over to replenish our quickly diminishing supplies of coffee machine cups, which was very thoughtful, and kept in touch during our stay making sure we are perfectly happy with our vacation.
