The apartment was nestled in a little community of beach stays in a pretty, villa-like complex. Directly attached is a restaurant/bar that is great for families or for an apertivo in the evening. It was very quiet, no loud music or partying - mostly older couples and families just enjoying the beach town. Right next door is an AMAZING restaurant where I had one of the best meals of my life, right on the marina.
The beach closest to the property isn’t the best one in the area, but a 20 minute drive to St. Teresa de Norte and you are in crystal clear waters. It’s a straight shot down the road…for the price of this property it makes sense to stay here and drive to Testa/St. Teresa. If you have little kids and just want to keep them busy most of the day, the closer beach is fine and there’s a playground right behind the property.

we liked the location and the communication with the owner who was kind enough to let us check out late on our departure date
the sofa bed and single bed were very uncomfortable. the quality of the linens was poor: the sheets too synthetic and the towels shed so much lint that we had to bring in our own.
