Ventura Hwy is close which makes this location great Quiet neighborhood

Children’s noise Smaller accommodation than expected- 1 room and a separate bathroom Kitchenette was described in the booking spiel. This is an exaggeration, no cooktop, sink. I don’t like washing plates in the bathroom hand sink

The place was clean (like hella clean). There was an air fryer, fridge, microwave, kettle, all bathrooms needs. The host were amazing. They kept their phone close for my arrival (which I ended up calling them because my Uber dropped me on the wrong side of the house in the middle of the night).

There was no stove top to cook.

Everything was great, amazing hosts and a really enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is great, Encino is a lovely part of LA and is only 10 miles away from Hollywood BLVD. The bed, bathroom and appliances provided were all very good and I 100% intend to use again in August when I'm back out there.

The hosts were very attentive and helpful. The space was just right for two people and the patio was a plus. The location was also nice as it is close to Ventura Blvd with lots of shops and eateries and also close to Los Angeles city. It was clean and comfortable.
