The staff was personable, lovely entertainment, good food. Overall, a wonderful stay! We had more fun at the hotel than when we left for our event. The hotel is near everything convenient also - Trader Joes, TopGolf, all the restaurants and a Starbucks at the corner.

Our stay was amazing! This was the most comfortable hotel bed ever. The staff were so friendly and the hot tub was extremely hot! It’s located right next to restaurants and stores so it was perfect.

The rooms are extremely outdated. The microwave was falling apart, the bathroom has no A/C or ventilation, the carpet was gross, and the lighting was so harsh. The lightbulbs used in the room are fluorescent and gave an overall awful, depressing & run down aesthetic to the room. The towels are so old and they felt like sand paper. The lobby has the same aesthetic.
There are far better hotels for the rate they are charging. I stay at Holiday Inn Express often so assumed this Holiday Inn would be fine being the same corporate family. They are not even remotely the same.

My stay here is always comfortable! I never have any issues! This is my go to place whether it’s one night or the weekend. My family reunion weekend stay will be here as well later this year! Love the convenient location!

We were attending a festival that was within walking distance to venue. Location was convenient to the Mid City District (walkable). However, the room was not exactly clean. The bath tub had a considerable amount of hair in it. The elevators were very slow, when they worked. There was a sign that they were being serviced, but we never saw evidence of that. We just used the stairs. Front desk staff was friendly.

Nice hotel! We were going to a concert at Orion Ampitheater and it was very close to the venue and restaurants.

I didn’t like that they didn’t give me the Room that a reserved, I reserved doble bed and the give me a king with sofa bed. Other that it was ok , a list they give me a free breakfast.

Restaurant staff could use some more training about keeping the breakfast bar stocked up and fresh. Still seems to be the challenge from the 4 stays over the past year.

We were there for a couple shows @ The Orion and the whole staff kept their cool ...welcoming smiles front and foremost! Mainenance folks that were noticing things needed attention before waiting for someone to call. Over all great experience, will definitely stay again!

Really nice hotel! It was within walking distance of Orion for a concert, as well as food, and a Starbucks. Breakfast was just okay, but the beds were comfy and the room was nice and clean. Will stay again for future events.

Great location walking distance to the Orion. We spent 3 nights here for a show. Pool area was great! Breakfast buffet is on the pricey side for what it is, but not bad. The grits were really good. Hotel was clean. Our toilet did not flush well and our bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The biggest issue is that our a/c went out after the second night and they weren’t able to fix it. I called for a fan, but they didn’t have any available. It was pretty hot and sticky and sleeping that last night was miserable.
Overall this is a decent hotel. By far the best option close to the Orion if you’re wanting to avoid Uber before/after the show.

The hotel was great. Very friendly staff and comfortable beds. Perfect for our short, overnight stay. However, when we arrived late on Saturday evening, after traveling all day, it was extremely loud from a band playing in the lobby. It was difficult to hear the person checking us in. There is also a night club next door with live, outdoor music. It would have been a wonderful treat if we weren't so tired and ready to go to bed. Luckily it didn't play late so it didn't keep us up long.

The room, bed, television and A/C were all good. However I wasn’t too impressed with the carpet, it was worn, the shower head leaked, the water from showering sprayed over the shower ledge and made the floor slippery, toilet seemed flush rather weak.

As busy as they were with a Dr Who convention, the stay was really exceptional. Our rooms were tended in a timely fashion and the lounge area was spot on for drinks and dinner.

Thin walls, noisy neighbors, parking was a challenge due to numerous trucks with trailers. TV remote from the 80's and overall not a pleasant stay.

Plenty of restaurants and activities in walking distance. Close to expressway but you can't hear it from room. They also gave me access to concierge lounge, nice touch.

Thereas in the dining room at breakfast is extremely friendly and spirited. A pleasure. The front desk team is a bit surly.
