I had never stayed at an Econo Lodge. Very decent place to stay one or even longer. Much better than most “deals” out there.

It had bugs and no chairs to sit in. They wanted $20 dollars for early check in!

The staff was very friendly. I was greeted with smiles and a bottle of cold water as soon as I entered. I plan to stay there for an extended time in the near future until I find a place. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I love the way I was greeted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. House keeping does a fantastic job. It could use a face lift but then the price would go up so I say it's fine the way it is. The only thing I would like to see change is that no key is needed to enter the side doors. I plan to have extended stay in the near future until I find a place. So that tells you something. 🙂

They workers were very friendly and helpful it was boojie and hood at the same time like the building definitely need some up keep but they that fancy carmel on the pillows the host at the counter was 1st class but the hotel definitely need some work

The gentkeman at front desk was very kind, the housekeepers was good to me, my room was clean it was over all a great stay .

Place was great

There were dead bed bugs all over the floor. I also saw a roach. I would of gotten another hotel if it wasn't 2am when i got there. Yuck worst hotel experience ever.

The room was ok for a temporary stay but the atmosphere is horrible I would not recommend family’s or single women to stay here at all service was great but there is a lot of bad traffic all hours of the night and day n I did not feel safe at all with my children I wouldn’t allow them to go out of the room very unsafe n I would have moved if I could and get my refund so I had to deal with it willl not be coming back for sure!

The young man working the front desk in the late afternoon is fantastic. As a sincere compliment i told him I am back at Econo Lodge because of how he treats myself and other guest.

On the way to my assignment this week, I received the following text from the Ardmore Econolodge, which I've transcribed exactly: "Good afternoon, Mr. Wellman. This is Beebe with the Econolodge of Ardmore. I was calling concerning your 3 day reservation with our hotel. We are a little concerned about renting to you. You seem to give us bad reviews with each stay but you still continue to book with us. We apologize but we have decided that we will not accept any more reservations from you if you continue to give us bad reviews. You are welcome to cancel your reservation and be fully refunded. We hope you will have an amazing evening." After each stay, I receive a survey from Econolodge, to which I've been asked to candidly respond: if Econolodge does not wish the entertain my truthful responses, then they should not send me such a survey. If the local management (and Ms. Beebe was very boastful in informing me that she had recently been promoted to the local manager's position) disagrees with my appraisal, is it then acceptable to corporate that I be intimidated or threatened into submission so that I submit a more amenable rating? If so, this should serve as a chilling warning to any prospective customers of this or any other Econolodge facility...

Very helpful, friendly, and professional staff.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff was absolutely obnoxious in pecking on my door despite the DND sign.

This place was absolutely wonderful! Mary, the front desk lady, was very nice and accommodating. We were very shocked at the quality of service here. While it does look a little worse for wear, it was a great stay!! Room stayed nice and cool, bedding was great and the size of the room was perfect! The pillows were super nice! Definitely recommend this place!!!
