Everything was excellent.
Starting with Trey (sorry if that's not the right spelling!) who checked me in, every single thing about my stay here was great.
Bed was super comfy, room was clean, hotel was well kept, shower pressure, hot water, all the things were in great working order.*
Hot breakfast: best eggs and potatoes I've ever had at a hotel. Eggs seem to be homemade! Other options were waffles, hot cereal, cold cereal, fruit, the usual drinks...
Special shout out to all staff at the front desk and on the cleaning crew, who made an effort to smile and greet and make me feel welcome.
*You'd think one would not need to mention that a hotel is well kept. But any more, it seems there are always paint chips / cobweb/ dust / etc. in the corners and around the baseboards.

Service was excellent from reception and manager after my washing was thrown in the trash by another guest .The laundry was recovered , and the perp thrown out . The manager also gave me a discount . The staff were amazing

Hotel was fine but wouldn’t stay here on 4/20 again. I get that’s a whole weed movement day or whatever but the stench of it made it nearly unbearable. Only needed a place to sleep for one night so I dealt with it.

Mostly clean, main issue was the smell of pot throughout our floor, both nufhrs we were there, as well as the elevator.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean, however we did have an odd stain on the comforter so we got a new one. For the price, it worked just fine. Would have been highly disappointed had I spent more though.

Here are three pictures of the dead wasp I found. It was rolled up in the "clean" towel I was about to use after my shower. We had only been at the hotel maybe an hour at this point. We had already switched to a different room after check in, and did not want to pack it all up again. I would recommend not staying in thr LivINN hotel in burnesville, MN.

LivInn is a wonderful place to stay. comfy rooms and super welcoming staff. Plus they serve a great breakfast of eggs, sausage, pancakes and all the other continental style items. Love this place. I stay here frequently.

Room could have used a little more cleaning - something splashed on one of the walls. Toilet was loose. But the beds were very comfortable and the linens were fresh and clean. Didn't get a chance to check out breakfast but it smelled and looked good!!

Clean room, large bathroom with tub, price was good, lots of amenities including iron & ironing board. Only thing was that my window faced the very busy highway and the windows were not thick enough to keep the noise out. Was very hard to sleep, but otherwise have no complaints.

It was quiet when we walked in. Push vutton for help to check in. The guy was there within 10 seconds. Check in was a breeze. No problems with noise. Bed was okay, but I am picky. Breakfast had eggs, turkey sausage, begals, toast, muffins, juice, milk, pancakes, etc. Was pretty good. Over all very decent for not a bad price.

I used to clean rooms and while this room had fresh linens and appeared clean, the bathroom was just a wipe down job. Shower and toilet were dirty.

First time at Burnsville location. It have a super comfortable bed. Smaller than Fridley but also cheaper. I recommend all around

Rooms were a bit smaller like European hotels. Great area with walkable restaurants. No issues with smells,dust or mold. Beds were some of the best a hotel offers. 3 star quality for 2 star price.

Had a wonderful stay. Near to Buck Hill for skiing and great restaurants that are walkable. Also, a short drive from Mall of America. Would stay here again!!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. We had a king bed very large room very friendly staff breakfast was included amazing scrambled eggs one morning with sausage the next morning we had sausage patties and egg with waffles only 10 minute drive to Mall of America we definitely stay here again

Hats off to the staff, who really bent over backwards to answer my questions about handicapped accessible rooms (which they have, and they are good ones! not all hotels have ones that live up to "accessible"). Clean, quiet, very good breakfast, reasonably priced. Will stay there again!

I was given a handicapped room which was not particularly convenient if one is not handicapped. But I was immensely impressed with the public area, the rooms where the breakfast buffet is served. Very nice

We didnt enjoy our stay. They arent welcoming no one was in front when we arrived. It was a big sign that they will be back. After while waiting, I ended up to relocate the sign and use the ring. A lady with an attitude came to front. We had a feeling that we bothered her while she was giving us the look! She didnt acknowledge or greet us…She didn’t even mention about our complimentary breakfast…Our room was clean but super small. The restroom sink was clogged…The other rooms were super noisy.We werent able to sleep either…The breakfast wasnt good either…I was supposed to ask them for boiled eggs.

The website says check-in is at 3pm. I showed up at 3pm, I was unable to check in. The guy said the room wouldn’t be ready for at least 30-45 minutes. That did not work with my plans so I had to leave. Extremely unsatisfied. I will not be returning.

The first room we went in smelled like cigarette smoke, but they quickly switched our room to one in a completely different part of the hotel to get us away from the smell. Quick and painless. The bed was okay. The shower had plenty of hot water and lots of pressure, but only hit at my shoulders. My partner who is a foot taller than me could not use it.

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and had no issues. I stayed again Last night and I literally gotten no sleep. When I had checked in there were issues with my credit card that was sent over by Expedia incorrectly.
It was fixed eventually but the woman who worked behind the counter seemed very impatient and rude. There were people running up and down the halls making all kinds of noise. Some were slamming doors, running, laughing, using profanity, etc. This lasted for several hours. I did call management and it slowed down, but the coming in and out of the rooms slamming doors and making noise continued. Checking out was fine. I was a bit disappointed at my stay. I like the hotel.
