We booked this hotel because of the unique 2 bedroom (4 queen beds) & 2 bathroom rooms for our group of 5 and it was perfect for us. The breakfast solid and definitely did its job for a good and quick breakfast before going into the parks.
The hotel front desk staff and the housekeeping was excellent. Great location with a short walk to the parks with only one intersection to deal with. Very happy we decided to go with this hotel.

Disappointed as booked 9 months in advance requesting a quiet room on upper floor and were put on the second floor.

We didn't recieve the room we originally booked so we ended up with two beds. The floor was peeling, grout in the bathroom was broken, the shower was waaay too slippery and the room was small. Online depicts a much more put together room. Expected more from Westin.

Location!! Truly a 10 minute walk to Disneyland! Plenty of restaurants, Walgreens and CVS are right out the front door, across the street. Restaurants and coffee are about 5 minutes.
As for the front desk, 5*. Friendly, albeit not "Disney" friendly. lol...nice nontheless! The lobby has plenty of room as the families check in. Very clean, comfy and Disney movies playing in the kiddie area. There's also a "food court," with 5 restaurants. We ordered food to be delivered to our room and it was spot on and very good!
The room itself was comfortable and clean. Towel Art Dumbo greeted us. =) cute addition. The carpets should really just be removed. They just felt ick, so shoes on at all times. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked with bathroom toiletries. You would need to call for anything else you might need and there's a nice little gift shop (little!) in the lobby, but again, CVS and Walgreens are directly across the street. Also, the pool and hot tub, although not terribly big, are perfect for a few minutes of relaxation.

We only stayed for one night but it was great. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The double queen room with the double bathroom was definitely a plus. The only issue would probably be one side of the room was hot while the other room was cold.

I’m sure my opinion won’t matter to you guys, but it sure is a pet peeve to be charged another $28 for parking when you get here. Doesn’t the hotel realize you’re going to be parking at it in order to stay there?

Beautiful and clean hotel, located 8-9 minute walk to Disneyland front gate. Free breakfast was wonderful addition and saved me a little money since we were traveling in a big group! They also have room service set up with a bunch of local restaurants and we had plenty to choose from. We had a suite, which was 2 rooms plenty of room for 6 people.

The breakfast on the 5th floor is really good. Every morning my kids ate well. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed five nights and it was a perfect place for us

Check in was easy and the women was very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and updated. We had a very loud, rattling bathroom fan and the doors and windows let in a lot of street noise. Overall the stay was good but we probably wouldn’t return due to the noise issues.

Hotel is pretty run down outside. Parking is $28 a day!! Ridiculous! Hotel os very noisy, kids running and screaming all night. Check in staff was not friendly at all and you cant check in before 3. It is close to Disneyland which is good.

Decent hotel. A little dated, but not bad. Great location and nice big breakfast. Good service and the price was right, so overall we were happy.

The room is good and complimentary breakfast is good. Stuffs are friendly and location is perfect, close to convention center and Disney. However I was able to hear all voices next door, cross the room. I woke up early in the morning with noise that means our voices were also leaking. I probably not going back.

This was your basic hotel and it is close to the theme parks which was convenient. Clean. Room had a fridge and microwave which were nice. Basic bathroom amenities. Our bathroom had no vanity which meant there was nowhere to put toiletries. The blankets on the bed were pretty thin given its winter. There was a small pool and hot tub, but not quite enough for a day at the pool. There was no car charging station either which left us to find a place and set aside time to charge our rental car. Overall if you are looking for somewhere just to lay your head at night, this will do.

The hotel and staff are great. Love that it has breakfast! Our only issue was the people above us were super loud starting at 5am every morning and the people beside us were loud until midnight. So sleep was a struggle.

Close proximity to Disneyland which was great for walking, but also heard lots of road traffic and noise from neighboring hotel stayers above us. First room was smoky smelling but we were immediately moved to a new room after the front desk called to check on us and found out.

Overall a fine stay for a Disney Vacation. Property was clean and the staff were friendly. The location, while convenient, is quite loud as it's at a busy intersection. And outside of the hotel were always a large number of vulnerable population members that made the young one feel unsafe. The hot continental breakfast is incredibly good to have though, an excellent part of the entire deal.

Great location to Disneyland. 15 minute walk exactly. Even better is that no crossing of the street is required to get there. Breakfast buffet is typical food and satisfactory. We especially liked the muffins and seeing the pretty snow capped views from the breakfast area. Employees were very kind and helpful. This hotel was the best deal around due to the location and breakfast! The hotel is a little older and our hotel room had a musty smell, but I believe that at this price point, that is to be expected. Pillows are also not the best, but I slept like a rock anyway after full days at Disneyland. It is also true what others said about the homeless issue at the 7/11 that you have to walk past to get to the hotel. Important to expect that. I would have been a little shocked if I wasn’t warned in advance. We even had to step around a man laying in the middle of the sidewalk in the morning. All in all, I would stay here again because of the price, breakfast, and location.

The suite we stayed in had glass doors leading out to a balcony/patio which made the noise from the busy street we were on very loud. I would recommend taking a sound machine to block out the noise. Our room felt damp to me. The week we were there was extremely rainy with lots of flooding in the area, so we had shoes and coats that were completely soaked and they didn't dry out even after a couple of days. I'm not sure if that was because of moisture in the air from the storms.
But despite those things, I would absolutely stay here again! I love that they replaced our dirty towels and emptied the garbages every day. Most hotels in Anaheim won't do that. We stayed 7 days and in the middle of our stay, they also cleaned the room. We loved that they have a breakfast every day. And the staff was friendly and helpful whenever we asked for anything. It is also very nice that it is close enough to walk to the Disney parks.

This place was great in its proximity to Disneyland, however, I was disappointed that there were absolutely no USB charging ports in the room. We had to keep the TV on just charge our phones. Also, a warning to people not traveling with children, there were a ton of families staying here and the walls were pretty thin, so it was difficult to get sleep with screaming children next store. The buffet was also mid, and again, FILLED with children. For the price point and closeness to Disneyland, it’s not half bad but maybe more suited for families.

Rooms were very noisy, could hear people stomping around at night above and in the hallways. Continental breakfast was a nice addition. The mini fridge in the room was super loud. The bathroom was decent, and room service changed our towels daily which was important when sharing a bathroom with two kids. The bathroom has convenient hooks next to the shower and sink for hanging towels and toiletry bags; some hotels don't have well placed hooks. Overall this was okay, I'm not disappointed but it could have been better.

Very nice hotel! Could not have asked for a better location. 10min walk to Disneyland. The room service was delicious. My little one loved the pool. The staff was very friendly. Walking in the lobby & hallways all the staff said "good morning," & "hello." Tye men working the breakfast were so helpful & friendly. Do not pass this place up. Our room was great for a 3night stay-clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice stay here. Easy/close walk to Disney. Decent breakfast to start the day. Coffee/water available in lobby. We came during the "atmospheric river" storm Feb 2024 and the staff was great at keeping water off the floors. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and maintained. Very kind staff all around. We stayed in a bedroom suite to have enough room for the kids to spread out a bit. Besides a few squeaky doors, the room was great.

Such a nice clean hotel with comfortable beds good breakfast friendly staff I’ve been going to Disneyland consistently for the past 25 yrs and stayed at every hotel near and far and i must say I’m upset i never stayed here sooner. This is now our go to for vacations. Even the staff at the breakfast hall is so nice and friendly.
