In the description it mentioned a restaurant, room service and breakfast. No restaurant anymore. Breakfast was just a little off brand cake treat like a cinnamon swirl, honey bun, etc. Housekeeping will bang on the door even when the sign is up to give privacy. Having to pay to park at the hotel is ridiculous. Costed $40+ to just have the car parked in the lot for 3 days.

Really out of date, dirty and uncomfortable. Was with our small child and checked out and went to a different hotel right away.

Hotel is old dated and rundown, The description said it had a restaurant and room service, it was all closed permanently, The day shift front desk older woman was miserable, night shift lady was amazingly nice. The only thing that saved this review from being a 1 was the late shift front desk lady and the cleanliness of the room. The room was clean but the rest of the hotel was not up to a Holiday Inn standard.

More or less a fine stay for the price. Found a dead cockroach in the room though, and our keys kept deactivating. One of the two elevators wasn't working during an event weekend which made the wait time quite long. Overall okay.

Nice service. The front desk was accommodating and friendly. The mattress was uncomfortable and there were some dirty stains on the shower curtain. We noticed the floors were sticky throughout the lobby. But overall, great stay. We love the location and accessibility.

They checked me in to a room that was already booked and I walked in on people - in bed. Had to wait over an hour for them to clean another room - this was at 9pm. Room was only moderately clean after all the wait

Upon arrival, I learned the place was slated for demolition within two months months. It was completely rundown, chunks of cement and garbage strew about in the parking garage. There were several cars stuffed full of the sad belongings of homeless people who were camped out in them. There was a caretaker who warned me that using outside doors or walking through the parking garage was far from the safest thing to be doing. the place was a complete and utter wreck. I was furious that they had a presence on Hotels.com, as the whole scenario there was preposterous. I did talk to the manager, a nice fellow, who understood why I demanded a refund. In 34 years of business traveling, I’d never seen a more pathetic situation. I looked online and I see they are still trying to rent rooms. Do not do that! Hotels.com and other agencies should do their due diligence and remove the posting for this hotel. I was told by business business owners in the neighborhood that the place has become a real eyesore and magnet for itinerant types that are scaring the tourists and locals alike. Beware! do not be enticed by the offer of cheap rooms!

The room was nice and comfortable. Only one elevator was working, so there was quite a bit of waiting. The hallways were somewhat dingy and not completely clean. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. One of my colleagues was waiting for a taxi pickup, thinking the person at the checkout desk had ordered one. I ended up taking him myself, since the person he talked to had disappeared and no taxi had arrived.
