I was in an accessible room. That usually means people have some sort of trouble getting in an out of the bathtub & need the grab bars. Why then would you think it appropriate to have such high bed? For starters, not everybody is tall and some people who require grab bars in the bathroom have hip &/or leg problems which make it difficult to climb into those high beds. Thank goodness I wasn't alone. My BF had to help me into bed.

NO USB PORTS I asked the young man working and he said "i have a plug but i won't let you use it" i didnt ask to use it. So i weren't outside to my vehicle and charged my phone. I know this sounds silly but ive traveled alot in my career and never had to do this. I didn't bring a ply for the wall because i didn't want to forget it

Everything was fine except the TV wasn't working. We could have moved to another room but we were already unpacked. We reuse bath towels when we stay longer so it would have been nice to have towel bars to dry our wet towels.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good only problem was I didn't see any hot water, but the rest of the spread was good

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Breakfast was decent - the eggs were good if you added salt & pepper. Due to food allergies, I could only eat that and the apples. Staff at the front desk were helpful. The only knock I would give them is that the tiles in the bathroom were in need of some repair, the wiggled around a bit because the grout was broken or missing.

Great pool and hot tub, nice shower at pool. CLEAN!!! Great pillows and comfortable bed. Beautiful room. Appreciated water bottles. Need better cereal selections. Terrible coffee in room and in breakfast area.

Decent hotel, nice staff, good breakfast, good pool. The rooms are average on amenities and cleanliness, but definitely better than other hotels in this area.

The hotel was fine. Everything worked in the room and it was clean.

Nice and clean. Disappointed that the hot tub was closed. Also, there was a huge mosquito hatching during our stay in the area and they were getting into our room. Bring the Deep Woods OFF.

This is a really comfortable hotel, close to most of the stores. Pool area was decent, breakfast was good.

It was a really good stay but very disappointed that they would close the pool area on a holiday weekend or even a weekend.

The room was nice but if there was one thing to change it would be to have a recliner or comfortable chair to relax in. The 2 chairs in the room were very uncomfortable. Otherwise it was very nice.

The property is easy to locate, parking is convenient, rooms and public spaces are very clean. I enjoy the lemon infused water in the lobby.

Blood on towels in bathroom, ear rings that were not my kids, socks that were not ours on the floor and hair ties around the room that were not ours. House keeping completely dropped the ball.

our room was right next to the maintenance room. staff making a lot of noise early in the morning, in the evening.

Quiet east accessible and safe for your car too. And good free breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, convenient. Only thing we didn't like was the family next to us kept banging their door until almost 11 p.m.

Our confirmation was for a Standard Room, but we were given a Handicapped Room which was Not Comfortable.

Clean, friendly, comfy bed, nice pool area.

This property is in need of a cosmetic makeover, it is aged. The paint is chipped, some tiles cracked, old carpet, etc. The taupe/tan/brown theme is just kind of gross at this point. It needs something brighter and fresher. We stayed in the King/Hot Tub suite. The toilet seat was loose/broken on one side (we made due because we didn't want anyone coming into our room during our stay). We left a note for the housekeeping staff on our day of checkout. There was no light over the hot tub area so it was difficult to see the cleanliness of the tub when we arrived, it seemed okay and we did use it. The bed was too soft for our liking but that's a personal preference. The other thing about the bed/bedding that was off was that we noticed a maple syrup scent on at least one pillow though the pillow case looked clean and other parts of the bed/bedding also gave off the maple syrup scent. If we set our clothing on the bed it would pick up the scent of syrup. On the last day of our stay I touched a spot on the comforter that was sticky. This was all very strange and a tad disturbing. The sheets appeared clean, no stains. The bathroom was clean. They had a nice little pool/hot tub area. It was clean and free from garbage from other guests. They had towels available for guests to use. Overall, it was a decent stay. The few staff members we interacted with were polite. Not sure if we'd stay again or look for something more modern.
