Our room keys expired each evening so we had to always go down to have them re keyed....the hair dryer was just gone in one room - the staff was lovely and the breakfast was good. Wifi was a little tricky but we got it finally and it worked fine

We ended up staying here due to flight being delayed til next day. Hotel staff was excellent. Super friendly. Hotel is not at all close to airport. They offer shuttle which was the main reason for booking. But after an hour of waiting we opted to take a Lyft. The front desk clerk arranged for our taxi since the shuttle does not run until 7. We needed to be back at the airport at 6am the next day. The hotel does have an elevator, why ch was good. But the hotel is old and in need of renovations. In comparison to other hotels it was only $160 for the night. If you are staying more than a few hours I would not make this hotel my choice.

Our room on the 3rd floor was clean and very acceptable. For the price we did not expect a 5 star hotel. It was an overnight stay between flights. We called the hotel when we got to baggage claim at the airport and we were directed to the correct pick up location. The shuttle arrived within 5 min of the estimated time. The shuttle van was well marked and the driver was friendly. We walked across the street to the hibachi buffet and it was decent. We then walked to the shell station convenience store for done snacks. There was a subway and Dunkin’ donuts in the building too. We were aware that the first morning shuttle was at 7 am which was too late to arrive comfortably for our 8:15 flight. We chose an Uber which was $22. We left the hotel at 6 am and the front desk offered for us to grab anything we needed from the breakfast area. We saw yogurt, cold cereal, bagels pastries and sliced bread. Also coffee. There may have been more things too! We grabbed a quick yogurt and a pastry.

This hotel is convenient to the airport, and they provided a shuttle. The breakfast was good, and had hot food as well as regular breakfast items.

The breakfast was good and the service people were very nice and professional but the room were tiny, very little space, the stairs and corridors were dirty, and the elevator really needs to be changed.

Easy and fast check-in and checkout. It's located in an industrial area with not much around unless you drive. However, I was actually working in the area so it was very convenient.

The staff was great and I have nothing but positive things to say about them! However the amenities and services could be better.
Things to know if staying here:
1) No fans in the bathroom
2) 1 microwave in the whole building (not individually in each room)
3) Book airport shuttles the day before
4) Free airport shuttle comes hourly and ends at 11pm local time (wait outside, not inside by the front desk as sometimes the driver drops off and pick up without going inside to check for waiting customers).
4) Donald E. Stephens convention center shuttle is free and is the second drop off after the airport drop off
5) Breakfast is usually 6:30-10am local time (3 hot items available: sausage, potatoes, and scrambled eggs)
6) No pool
7) Walking transit is difficult at this location and you will most likely bus, Uber or take a ride share service to get to and from here

Staff were amazing, so friendly and attentive to needs, breakfast was so good considering other hotels around the airport especially as they were more pricy.

They had us waiting for an hour and a half in 400° weather. When I called to schedule the shuttle no time table was given, so weren’t able to wait inside because we were scanning for the bus the whole time. Also heads up the shuttle doesn’t start till 7 am. So if you’re just trying to get a close-ish place to the airport for a quick turnaround it is utterly useless. You will have to get a $46 Uber to the airport. An amount you could have just spent to be closer or in a better hotel. Also my room didn’t have hand soap.

Friendly staff answered any questions I had and addressed any concerns. This was very nice hotel to stay at. I didn't have to worry about my safety and had a very well rested stay. I would book a stay here again!

The first room wasn't in too bad of condition more or less the standard quality or slightly better for a hotel chain but the second could definitely use renovation. If they simply worked on their rooms some it would easily be a four out of five star place to stay. Staff were nice and for a big city I was really pleased with the way they treated me. Maybe the owner will eventually spend some money updating and fixing things. About fifteen to twenty min drive to the airport decent priced long term parking.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Best Western O'Hare EGV! The hot breakfast was welcome and very good.
I mistakenly put my credit card into the cash slot the evening I checked in (I was really tired), and it became stuck there. I contacted the front desk and in a short time, Jose was there and he safely removed my card. He was very thoughtful and understanding. THANKS!

I arrived at 2am due to a long flight delay. Once landed I called the service desk and was told that it was not an issue as there was someone there to greet me. A nice gentleman by the name of Sean (or Shawn) welcomed me graciously with a smile and check-in was done effortlessly as was the check-out the next morning including a free shuttle service at 7 am to return to the airport. The self-service breakfast was actually good: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages, choices of cranberry, apple or orange juice; 4 or 5 different choices of cereals, regular or almond milk, muffins, bagels, waffles, fruit salad, coffee and tea.

Front desk person checked me in quick. Elevators were out so had to carry two heavy bags up two floors. Front desk person apologized and set me up by stairs - both actions appreciated.
