Property overall could definitely use some updates. The front desk attendant Wayne was very helpful and friendly. I was given a room that wasn’t clean. The front attendant came up immediately with 5 different keycards for 5 different rooms to accommodate. We inspected two in which those two were as dirty. The third was decent. Although the refrigerator didn’t work & the bathroom had cobwebs.

The breakfast wasnt set up. I was there 30 min after it was to be open.

The room smelled so bad and the facet was dropping under the sink. Pillow cases were used from people before us.

The best hotel, bed and bathroom ever stayed in. Breakfast (6-9 am), great had they not started cleaning up the food items. Eggs sausage refrigerated items mostly gone. Only toast bagels cereal coffee left at 8:45. Hate when service gets head start on closing time. However African American male service person gladly made new eggs (whatever wanted) for me. Very courteous, glad to get me breakfast wanted. Food, everything was very good. Overall I liked this Quality inn better than first preference Hampton inns or Holiday Express. Breakfast on par, coffee not up to Hampton inns (can’t be beat) but room and especially bed and bath a half star better. However! Desk staff horrible!!! Minus two stars on overall rating. Were Americans of Indian decent (night shift and day shift guys). They weren’t rude but hard to understand(no negative on that) but I felt like I was in India, where the “ugly Americans” were hated but tolerated only for their money spent. Not that this is true there, but describes their attitude and helpfulness. When checking out, was waiting for this guy to tell me I was checked out at least. No thank you, nothing. Finally he asked “do you want something” I said am I checked out? Reminded of a fancy clothing store I worked in at 15, owned by biggest snob I’ve ever known. Remember the day he chased a wealthy patron down a Main Street city block trying to apologize. Only review I’ve ever written on anything. This required an exception.

I extended, one, house keeping knocked once and opened my door. 😡. Room is out dated and bathroom is gross. Not worth the money. Management is usless!

Very kind staff.

Upon walking into the (ground level) room we smelled an odor of most likely a sewer gas smell. The toilet seat and toilet was dirty which I noticed when I did the inspection, The frame had visible black mold around the door frame. The last straw was a bug, presumably a bed bug on the sheet under the pillow on the sheet. That was it we left.

Hotel was clean & the bed was comfortable. Free Breakfast was better than the average. Downside the bathroom was small.

This motel felt really icky and unsafe when we checked in. The breakfast was nice an the breakfast area was clean and comfortable.

The furniture in the room was stained and dated. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 9am, but the staff was cleaning up breakfast at 8:15 so there was very little selection. The common areas were nicely appointed, but they need better service and the rooms need improvement.

Very small and out dated rooms but staff was friendly and responsive to service requests.

Room smelled like wet dog. Our first night, the front desk entered our room at 5:30 AM because they thought the room was empty in their records and wanted to perform a double check. They could have sold the room and given another customer access into our hotel room. I complained and have not been offered any sort of compensation for the early morning scare to me and my wife.

This hotel served very well for our quick visit for a wedding: clean, comfortable, convenient and good price for the service. Thank you.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast options varied and tasted good. Amenities were sufficient and loved having microwave and refrigerator in room. Only complaints were the bathroom floor was sticky - had to wipe my feet before putting on shoes and didn't appreciate the maid knocking on the door at 8:50 AM asking us if we were ready to leave. We didn't get in until well past 11 pm and were tired. Check-out is 11 am.

They did not.have the expedia reservation. There system of obtaining reservations is antiquated..i had to spend about an hour on the phone with expedia to get them to call this hotel to figure out my reservation..yea and this is at 1130 at night. Completely unacceptable

Our room had a strong smell of cat urine. The bathroom looked dirty. The door handle to our room looked like it had been poorly repaired.

This stay was okay. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the food was good. But there was a pot smell that did not go away throughout the 3 days I was there and I'm pretty sure it was because it had soaked into the carpet or walls close to the front of the door. I also had sheets and comforter that were not in the best shape.

The hotel had a horrible smell. The shower was dirty. The best quality of this hotel was the neighborhood.

It was satisfactory for the price and the one night visit

Lobby and room were fine, but there was no front desk staff when we arrived. We rang the counter bell, a buzzer on the wall, called the hotel's local number and the general reservation number but got no answers. There was no note saying "We'll be back at ___" We would have moved on to another hotel but had already paid online. We were exhausted and laid down on the lobby couches. The hotel staff eventually showed up at least 45 minutes later with his shirt 1/2 tucked in. When we checked out there was also no staff in sight. I dropped the key card behind the counter because there was no designated drop box.

The cleanliness was just okay. There was a bottle cap made into our bed sheets (makes you wonder if they were changed), the floor felt like it was giving out, wires exposed on air conditioner and cops riding around the parking lot. It was okay for one night but I would not stay again.

Room was dirty. Paid for king bed and got a queen room…staff was friendly but room cleanliness will keep us from returning.

Near many restaurants right off 76 and 79. Only 25 miles from PPG Arena in dtwn Pittsburgh & in & out of dtwn within 30 minutes with north 295 HOV being open after event. Convenient location for us coming from Akron Ohio. Normal lodge room & clean, nothing fancy but we aren't fancy so ya know. Nice breakfast area. Hot shower water is nice. Friendly people.

this hotel was really great considering the lowest price, the hotel rate was 2.5 star but i think is better than holiday inn. i love breakfast as well as outside swimming pool was clean and nice for my kids.also the hotel was surrounded by walmart, marshals and all other my favourite stores

Excellent hotel. Room was clean and had everything needed. The bed was comfortable and the internet was fast. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area.
