Check in went great. We have a dog so we were given an outside room, which I understand...but its very loud as the hotel is right off the highway. Besides that, very good experience. Breakfast was decent. Newly remodeled but still mediocre cleaning standards.

Not very restful lots of noise

We had a good time and were very happy staying here. We would do it again. Some stuff was older but you can see they are working on renovating this hotel. There is so much potential for it! Kids had a good time swimming too.

The pool was down the whole weekend. The wall was all broken up. It wasn’t anything like the pictures online.

I chose this hotel solely for the indoor pool. Upon arrival I was told it was down, however was given a room right by it and there were people using it the whole time. The room itself was comfy. Kind of dark with the curtains and wallpaper. Bed was very comfortable! Smelled great! It does look sketchy on the outside, but I never felt unsafe. For the price, i would stay again for a quick weekend. Probably not long term.

We loved staying here with our 2 kids. Thank goodness for the pool and hot tub!!! It rained the whole weekend . Will be back. Thanks again

No shower curtain in shower. Thermostat didn’t work. Clock radio broken. This place looks great on the outside but very tired in the inside.

Everything was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was after you pay for your room online when you arrive you still have to pay a $100 security deposit.

Location was good, condition of the room pitiful!! Started with the TV not working and web but downhill from there! Curtains didn’t shut, not properly hung, wall paper peeling, desk chair very worn, freezer needed defrosting, outlets FULL of dust, lampshades bent and dirty, no drain plug in the cracked sink, sink faucet not attached, door didn’t shut/seal…

The bed was hard as a rock and there was roaches in my room the hot tub didn't work I didn't get much sleep

Room was dirty - especially the toilet. TV missing off the wall, metal shelving unit blocking adjoining door and both rooms we were shown smelled. Smoke detector missing battery too.

Beware. This place lists as a hotel but it is BOTH a hotel and motel! The is only ONE ELEVATOR for the entire property. The cleaner used is very strong and while they they non-smoking, I think people are smoking in the rooms. The rooms are noisy. I went to my room and immediately cancelled. Ugh.

Service was amazing!! Very noisy: room was full of covered up mold. Peeling paint and wallpaper- bugs crawling around on the floor and walls in the bathroom. Faucet to the tub was broken unable to have hot water! Just glad it was a one night stay …

Great Value

My grandparents recently moved to the area so we decided to travel down to see them for Thanksgiving. We chose this hotel because of its convenient location and its pool/hot tub. While it wasn’t the most expensive hotel option it also wasn’t the cheapest so I thought it would at least be decent for my family. The room smelled horribly of marijuana. I believe it was coming thru vents. The pool was in an open area right in the middle of all of the rooms. So not only was the surrounding are cold but the water was freezing and the hot tub was closed our entire stay. Also, the entire hotel would have seen and heard us while at the pool. There was a large mold spot on the ceiling in the shower. And well as ants. The lady over seeing the breakfast the first morning was rude and made us feel like us coming to eat was a huge inconvenience to her. However, the kitchen manager was very friendly. We would not stay here again.

Sheets were dirty, TV was missing a cord (we did get it) Batteries dead in teh remote But, roach running accross the floor

As I approached the hotel, I thought I had lost my way. I thought I was entering a poorly maintained garage. To my great surprise it was the hotel I had reserved for my stay. Disappointed, I simply headed to another hotel. Expedia should not have this kind of thing on its website and cause customers to have this bad experience. I lost my money.

We have been here before on our road trips. Each year the conditions have gone down.

I was disappointed was with the understanding that there was a working hot tub and a heated pool hot tub was not working the pool was so cold no heat. Breakfast lol didnt eat it I can say coffee was good.

Went to bed around 11:00 and seen something crawling on the sheet. My first thought of oh great they have bed bugs. It wasn’t but it was a cockroach. The hotel interior looks nothing like it does in the photos. It’s very ran down and dirty feeling. Our room smelt like smoke. They offered to have maintenance to come spray our room for bugs at 11:00 at night but I declined. I will not be returning.

The bed was comfortable but there were stains on the comforter, in the floor in front of the sink and the tub wasn't clean. possible smell of smoke also in the room.

We did not even stay. There were people hanging out everywhere and no one was there to check us in. There was police presence outside. When we finally got the key we drove around to our room and it was very unsafe looking.

Roaches

I didn’t get to the hotel until late that evening and there is a freakin’ nightclub attached to the property. No where on the booking site does it mention a nightclub. You have to walk past the bouncers at the nightclub door to get to the hotel entrance. One entire wall of the nightclub is just windows so my small child saw people grinding on each other. When I tried to cancel my reservation due to the area not safe for children, neither the hotel nor hotels.com will help. Both just keep saying the other party is responsible. I was still charged for 2 nights. The only solution the hotel would give it to refund one night, which I have to wait a week to receive. There goes $120 down the drain. I would never recommend this place or hotels.com again!!

The staff are very friendly, that was the only good thing to really say.. the room was disgusting! Stains on the bedding, the carpet was stained and smelled awful. Our ac unit didn’t work well at all so the room was damp.. the lightbulbs were half dead and the ones that weren’t flickered…the window was so dirty inside and out you wouldn’t see out of it.. it cad a film of dirt including handprints. We debating swimming but quickly realized that is a horrible idea. We have no idea when anything in this building was cleaned. The pictures are very deceiving online!! You will hear everything in the hallway and everything your neighbors are discussing. We were lucky enough to be roomed next to some type of party blasting music and clinking bottles all night. I will never stay here again or at this chain.. completely unacceptable for the price we paid for this room.

Since i caught the child that was in the room next to me come out of my room with the adult watching, and many items missing and had to make a police report. You would think the management would compensate me a night or 2 since i have not been able to relax or get things impertinent to my well being.

Didn't like the Roaches. Didn't like the atmosphere of breakfast, woulda been better if the bar was open and pipe and drape set up to cover unsightly areas. Also plenty of tv's in the room that weren't on. I prefer when the staff can speak clearly without heavy accents. I liked that the pillows and mattress was comfortable. The shower head is also good.

Hotel was okay. Beds were super high and I could barely get on them. The walls were dirty and had thick stains on them. Also there was a fire so we got kicked out of our room early and didn’t get to use any amenities.
