First off I booked and paid for in advance a single king bed room and when I got there I was told there was none available. The room was just dirty. The bathroom was gross. You get what you pay for I guess. I will never come back to this place.

The shower still had hair in tub from former guest. Holes in door of bathroom. Hard to get door to open entering room. Noisy guests above our room with dog or dogs barking all night. The dining room was trashy. Hard to see sign entering the property. Will not stay here again.

I don't normally leave reviews and always trust what I read on reviews but this time I felt the need to share. There were numerous discrepancies but just to name a few there was no smoke detector and the wire where it should've been was hanging out of the wall, behind the toilet and shower was black mold, the heater was so dirty and smelled like the room was on fire, the grassy area outside the room was filled with piles of dog poop becuase there was a couple with 3 dogs living on the end, we were woken up early to a woman yelling, cussing, and hitting her dogs that lived there, the front desk staff was nice at check in but told me they were out of rooms that I had reserved and tried to charge me more. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but the next morning I went to the office and asked for a refund for the 2nd night and was given my money back without too much hassle and an apology. I would never stay here for any reason!

The guys are great and very helpful. Lost a controller last stay I had and front desk dude found it immediately. I always come here when I need a quick room

Needs a lot of maintenance in rooms. In my room, shower faucet leaked everywhere. Toilet stopped up and plunger was so old it didn't work. Fire alarm didn't work, no cover or battery. Bed was so high and short people can't hardly get in, mattress was horrible and couldn't sleep on it. Some people may not mind, but I had to check out 1 day early. Cut trip short because lack of rest and couldn't stay there.

The online pictures make it look one way but once you're there its not nice at all. I hate leaving a bad review for anyone but this one is unavoidable. I understand that sometimes you cant control the people who rent your rooms, but that doesn't give you a pass on cleanliness. It is the hotels responsibility to make sure the rooms are well kept and ready for the next person. This hotel did not live up to that standard at all. We didn't end up staying here after we seen the conditions. Now, its fair to say that everyone has a difference of opinion on what they're willing to sleep on or in, but this one was beyond ours. To me, if the room looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years I can only imagine when the last time the bed was cleaned. I'm just not willing to bring something home on myself or my clothes.

Very dirty inside room. Many people living in the hotel, raising families etc. Dog in room next door barking at us. Workers were not mean, but not very helpful either

Do not stay at this hotel. We were staying in room #109. When we first entered room. Seemed clean. Not the best decor but we were there for one night. As long as it was clean it was fine. Ok. Laid down for a few minutes went to eat my husband said something has eat my legs up. Went to our show and back to room to sleep. Headed home next morning and my husband is itching like crazy has bites all over him. As soon as we got home. Showered and put all our clothes and anything we could in washer. Cleaned everything we could. My husband has still got sores from the bites. BED BUGS is my guess. I will definitely check the beds no matter where I stay from now on. This is a Days Inn by Wyndham so expected to be ok. Wyndham needs to check this out.

Looking at the photos, I was thinking this looked like a decent, clean hotel, boy was I wrong. The whole grounds smelled like smoke and trash, the AC barely worked and it was 96 degrees when we was there. The floor was dirty, the walls had dried on liquids splattered all over them, the ceiling had holes in it. The bed sheets had burnt spots, and dried up blood on them. The only good thing about this place was the pool.

Nobody came all weekend to make the beds, take out trash, take out used towels and washrags, and bring new towels and washrags. Had to go to reception and get my own towels, washrags, and toilet paper. Front desk staff was unfriendly and not helpful.

My room was clean. The staff was very friendly. A no frills hotel but it was only an easy, straight shot 3 miles from the convention center and way less than the hotels next to the center. The only issue was that there was very limited parking for the rooms facing the highway

I have stayed here many nights, the room is always clean, front desk is always super nice, if ive needed something its always taken care of in a timely manner. The rates are good and very reasonable. I recommend anyone to stay there.

First room they put me in hadn’t been cleaned. The second room had claw marks on the bathroom door and the sheets had dirt, bugs, and hair on them.
I understand trying to offer a value option - but this is disgusting. I’ve stayed in dives and never complain because i spend so much time on the road. This is the worse hotel I’ve ever been in, i left and booked another room down the road.

Very little to eat or drink overall. Nothing acceptable for diabetics. No tea bags at breakfast even. Grounds covered in dog feces.

The hotel was old and in need of renovation but was clean and the staff was very professional and friendly. the smoke detector was hanging off the wall when we entered but the maintenance worker came and fixed it.

This is a property that is run down and needs updated in every way room 201 smells horrible furniture

I would not recommend anyone stay here. You are doing a disservice for suggesting anyone stay here except truckers looking for aplace to b ed down for the night

Hotel is under major renovations. When complete it will be a good economical place to stay. The hotel was unable to honor special requests for 1st floor room and extra pillows.

Everything was FILTHY- even the coffeemaker was too dirty to use. There was a hole in the mattress. The bath stool was damaged and could not be used. - too dangerous to sit on. Very disappointed in this Days Inn.

The front desk guy stayed on his phone the whole time. I got to my room and it’s is completely gross. The tub wasn’t cleaned the toilet was not clean. The soap plastic dish was had black stuff all over it and nothing was wiped off or swept and there were only clean sheets and pillows cases and towels that were in here. They don’t give you a cover it’s only sheets!

Horrible. Hotel is INSANELY dirty and outdated. Rooms between myself and my friends had random blood splatter on the flooring/bed skirts. Floor looked like they haven’t been swept or cleaned in years. Carpet full of stains. Nightstands had spills on them not cleaned up. When I got to my room the door to conjoin rooms was unlocked and open so someone could have been in my room before I checked in. Charging way too much for a filthy gross hotel.

Our rooms (we tried 3) were unclean, (liquids spattered on walls and counter tops)horribly smokey, had actual holes in the ceiling or floor and we smelled like the room even hours later, checking into another location. The first time, ever, i demanded a refund and left. And Ive stayed at plenty of low budget places to accomodate my dogs. I am amazed this place is allowed to be open.

Disgusting property. Bugs. Drippy faucets. Smelly a/c units. Rude management!! Inconsiderate and unwilling to fix issues. Checked out early and was refused remaining stay refund. Do NOT stay here!

The room was so filthy we left and went to another hotel.
The sheets had holes in them that looked.like they had been chewed through.
The carpet was black with dirt and felt almost greasy, and had a hole cut through it so the concrete was exposed.
The walls were stained an dirty.
The people in the room below ours that you've to walk past to get upstairs have a camera pointing out their window to record everyone coming and going.
We left within 10 minutes of checking in after seeing the room and were then also denied a refund.

Rooms smelled of smoke. Very outdated. Stains on carpet. Bug squished on wall. Bathroom horrible.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming but my two rooms I had there was a puddle of water a bug dirty towels, poop in the toliet and blood on the shower curtain. I did not feel comfortable and neither did the others that were on the trip with me.
