Hotel should be shut down as it is extremely unsafe due electrical issues of heater AC units. Staff seemed like they were on drugs. Bathroom door was kicked in and door locks were semi functional. Floor was ripped up and a hazard for elderly people. Outlets did not work. Shower did not drain properly. Very sad!!

Horrible hotel, stank like old cigarettes and mildew. The place was so filthy we almost walked out as soon as we saw it, but it was already too late to find another place to stay. I layed on top of the covers with all my clothes on and didnt dare touch the sheets. there were puch holes in the bathroom door. The Tv didnt work. If you tried to call the front desk it just rang and rang. I would sooner sleep outside with my children than go back to this place. Disgusting.

Hole punched in bathroom door, no Kleenex, 1 shampoo packet, we’ve stay in nicer places and thought Windham was better….even though it did say Travel Lodge. Our mistake. It a is definitely a two star motel, clean, friendly front desk, attached cafe is closed, went out of business. Two story motel and no elevator .

Easy to get to. Rooms were not quite up to par of the pictures online. Bathroom door had multiple holes and the entertainment/dresser had black top on the bottom.

The check in was the worst I've ever seen. Although some computers were present the attendant used all manual methods. When I arrived he had to manually sort through a stack of papers, then had me fill out all of my information (which they already had) on a card. He seemed confused and wasn't sure what to do next. After fumbling around with a bunch of papers, searching the office for a stapler and handing me a receipt, he abruptly exited the office saying that he needed to use the restroom. It took way too long and was totally inconvenient. Thankfully there was only one person ahead of me. It took about 20-30 minutes to get checked in. The property itself was old and dingy. The mattress had no support and neither did the pillows. At least one of the exterior doors did not lock, allowing anyone to have direct access to the rooms at any time. I won't be going back there.

The room stunk overwhelmingly of nasty feet. Our door barely worked and we got back from an Edgefield concert unable to get in. Reception had to bring a laminated card to break in. The sink has no stopper and has rust stains. Their door has a bunch of glue on it. I didn’t even want to touch the carpet with my shoes. The lady in reception was really nice and is trying hard, but I think the only way to get the stink out of that room is to burn it down. The hallways smelled nice which made the stench of the room that much more awful. We confirmed with another guest that their room smelled awful as well. I rarely say anything negative in reviews because my momma taught me not to, but I felt compelled. $150 is s lot to pay to be grossed out. I should’ve taken pictures, but they wouldn’t have captured the stench. On a nice note, the grounds were really nice and the room was really quiet.

This is the most horrible place to stay. There were holes in the doors and in the walls no grout in the tile, slipping tiles in the bathroom no amenities, no pool and no breakfast. We had no ice bucket in our room. When I asked for one they told us they have to look it took them an hour to get us one. They never once asked if we wanted clean towels or clean sheets and we were there for three or four days, there is homeless people living in the common areas strangers wandering through the parking lot at weird hours of the night. I felt unsafe you didn’t need a key to access any of the back doors. I would never stay there again.

Room is older and bathroom shower area needs some minor upgrades (trim, better shower curtain so water doesn't get out of shower area). Everything was in working order, even on a 96 degree day. No issues, really.

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When we got there they didn't have any available. They are under construction and thought it would have been completed 2 weeks before. They gave us 2 single queen rooms just down the hall from each other. Worked out fine. We appreciated that everything worked out.

Entire property needs major updating. Building lacked security. Rooms were worn and no amenities. (No coffee, no kitchen towels or soap. Would not recommend this property.

Worst stay in a hotel/lodge ever. The rooms smelled terrible and looked like they hadn’t been updated in 50 years. The bed was worn out and uncomfortable. The sheets were scratchy. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

To start the room was over $140 for a double queen. They "upgraded" us to their king suite as a gesture. What a great check in host! Very sweet. -We park, get to our room, and the real fun begins. - The smoke smell was so strong that we both woke up with a cough that lasted all day. The doors in the kitchen were gone. The batbroom door had completely separated so every time we opened it would make a loud pop...startling lol We asked the front desk about it thinking...maybe they put us in a room that was under construction. They knew full well about the room like it was old news. So, we asked if we could maybe have some soap or a towel (or two) because there NONE. The nice lady at the front desk brought us some towels right away. The employees were great but the building was falling apart. We will NEVER stay here again.

Well no power in the room and staff was not interested in getting fixed. We actually checked out before power was restored to room. Hotel had power, so??? Then the bathroom door had holes punched in it the size of a fist, two of them, Hair in tub and bed sheets. Run down and really un-managed. Would really just like to be refunded.

What a dump. TV remote didn't work, they didn't even try to fix. Holes in the rug. Room was SMALL. Chips in the tub. Phone had half buttons missing and not even plugged in with no cord. No window screen. etc., etc. Windham should be ashamed associate their name on this EXTREMELY overpriced dive.
