The room was no-frills but comfortable; however, there were a number of other guests drinking, laughing, and talking LOUD right outside our door!

Old despite the remodeling. Staff wasn’t overly informative of the amenities just hand us the room keys. Breakfast was not great. Everything was out or watery. Worked ok for getting there at 8pm and leaving at 7am

We stayed in the “suite” which big but very outdated. Many of the electrical outlets and lights did not work. The remotes to the tv did not work. It was very affordable which was nice.

We were there 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. Had to ask for towels and the trash was piled up. Only one trash can. Light in bathroom had no cover and it was filthy.

This was our 2nd stay at this location, we were here last Jan. This time the room we got had a few issues, the handle on the outside of our door was loose, the fridge was very unbalanced, the light fixture in the bathroom looked like it was in the middle of a repair. I know this is just little things but the just felt like they were overlooked details. I would stay at this location again, just hope the details are better taken care of.

The young lady that helped us was wonderful! Couldn’t get our tv to work!! She came and fixed it! Also the beds were so comfortable

Hotel is just OK. Dated, but mostly clean. No bugs. We were there 3 nights and asked to have the room cleaned and towels replaced. That didn't happen and they were out of clean towels. Good thing we had hung up our used towels...Many smokers outside every evening. Impossible for smoke smell to not filter into the rooms through the A/C.

Broken toilet seat. The room wasn’t cleaned. Found hair on shower wall and on bed. Had to buy cleaning supplies to clean our own room. The building Photos taken wasn’t what it seemed.

If it wasn’t for the arguing people in the room next to us, it probably would’ve been better but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Breakfast was decent, coffee was great. Beds were clean and comfy. They need to replace the curtains and carpet but overall a decent night stay.

Check in took longer than expected due to the clerk being on the phone between a customer and his GM because of a broken shower...the rooms are not very clean and The safety lock was busted on one of the rooms. No elevator.

We arrived at 3 PM for check-in. And was told that the room was not ready that we would have to check back in an hour or so to see when it would be ready. We received no notification that it would not be ready at 3 o’clock and it was a disappointment. And it made us late for our scheduled concert that night because of the delay.

Room was ok, the pillows were nice.. just make sure you pay the $50 Deposit in Cash or you will wait & wait & wait on them to refund the money..

The staff were very nice....however, this was the worst Quality Inn I have ever stayed at. It was old, musty, dirty and needed cosmetic work a lot. They are very skimpy with towels and paint off the walls....just overall not worth what I paid for. The continental breakfast offered no fruit and overall was not tasty. I hope they can spend some time and effort in making this worth staying at for people traveling.

It was fairly clean, just old. The light in the bathroom didn’t have a cover. It was filthy around the lights.
Bed was comfortable.
Tub clean and shower worked well.

It's very hard to get into. Otherwise it's very nice and clean. I was a single lady staying by herself and I felt very safe.

Our room stunk so bad that we were going to forfeit our money for the night and go somewhere else but there were no available rooms anywhere else in the area. We will never stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable but the carpets in the room did not feel very clean.

Lobby and breakfast area are wonderful. Room and beds were clean enough and comfortable. Bathroom door and fan were broken and I told them. The people working there were very nice and accommodating. Place is just kind of old and getting a little run down.
