Our toilet did not work. I had to use a garbage can to flush the toilet. I went to get into my room and I could not get in twice. They had to change out the thing where you put in you card to get into my room. I am happy I travelled with my husband so I could have an extra adult with the kids. As it was difficult just to get into my room. NO offer for a discount. The room was over priced for what I got. I would never go there again!

Great choice for last minute but what was really surprising was their breakfast and the selection available for said breakfast.

Love the staff and the rooms I've been in were clean and the showers rock. Don't let the slightly dated common areas fool you. The pool and hot tub are clean, everything is neat and tidy and the system they have insures they can pay attention to the things that matter. To me those are the cleanliness, the water pressure in the shower, how quiet the HVAC system is, quality of TV and channels, bedding. The breakfast is pretty damn good as well. As a bonus there is a really good restaurant a 30 second walk away. I understand there is a new owner and I hope he or she doesn't waste money on appearances and continues to provide lodging based on comfort and quality not window dressings.

Super friendly! Hot tub very clean, unfortunately a lot of teenage hockey players in pool and hot tub. They were fine and respectful but awkward

I was greeted by staff in a friendly way and they even followed up with a call shortly after I got into my room to make sure I was all set. Diversity of breakfast foods, very clean all around. My only gripe was that the chairs in dining area were too low for the tables, so it was not comfortable to eat there.

Dirty, smelly and rundown. Very loud pounding of kids late night parties and packed into rooms. Limited staff to address.

Stay 4 days for a snowboard trip, nice clean hotel close to the mountains. Good complementary breakfast as well.

Comfortable room but could hear every time a door closed out in the hallway. The doors are built to close themselves when released, but they are not built to do so quietly. Trying to get some sleep in the late afternoon was a lost cause.

This is exactly what you would expect. Its a perfectly average hotel - kept clean and with friendly staff. Bed was average but not uncomfortable. It was very nice to have a pool and hot tub to use. Very reasonably priced.

No problems no complaints. Clean room. Close to the lines nursing home. Can walk to steakhouse from retastaurant. They have a small continental breakfast, I suggest going early. They weren’t replenishing food unfortunately.

Our room was not very clean and smelled very bad. The bed matress were not confortable and needed to be change. It is overpriced for the quality of the environnement

Great basic hotel. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms come with microwave, which was a big plus, and a TV with a nice selection of Cable TV. Beds were immensely comfortable, some of the most comfortable Ive stayed in in a long time. And the shower was fantastic, with grest water preassure and temperature. Room had its own AC/heatin wall unit, so we could set the temperature we wanted, which was nice as well. Overall, a fantastic hotel. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay for a couple of nights.

we loved the pool and warm tub option, but they do not provide cleaning services. we have to leave the garbage and towels outside our rooms daily. we loved the daily breakfast that is included in our stay. the beds were very comfortable and rooms are clean. overall a good option in rutland.

Okay it's not a "Four Seasons" kind of a 5 star hotel rating, but it's probably the best "budget" hotel I've stayed in. Comfortable rooms, very well maintained, clean, above-average breakfast spread... Who could ask for more? Excellent value overall.

Overall was a great stay! Bed was comfy, breakfast was delicious, and the room seemed pretty clean. The only downside was noisy guests at all hours on our floor. But that’s a reflection on the guests- not the hotel :). Would definitely stay again!

The reviews on this site are very different from my experience. The hotel was great for laying your head down, the place was clean, staff super friendly, and the breakfast was really good. The room was a great size. I would recommend staying here for a quick trip!

Other than being old and the room being a little small everything was great. It was clean, staff was attentive, breakfast was very good, and the pool area was great.

Our company often stays out of town for work. None of our employees smoke & even if they did, would not smoke inside. We have never been accused of smoking in a hotel room. Yet, we were charged $250 without our knowledge for supposed "cigarette butts and the room reeking of smoke". Not at all impressed.

The first room smelled like something died. The second room sheets looked like someone had sex in the bed. The blankets and pillows were dirty. We left and went somewhere else.

We have stayed in better Comfort Inns. This one had mud all over the elevator that stayed through the next day. Our room was okay because it did not smell bad; however, the bathroom was dark (one light out) and the shower had tile coming up around the drain and a potty seat. The latter should have been a requested item. Breakfast was good.

Ive never heard of a rule that if yiu live in the same county you cant stay at a hotel. I was very dissapointed in this rule.
I know the front desk person was doing her job. But it was just very frustrating. Had to pay nearly 600.00 for this weekend because I needed a place to stay.

Dated hotel. Smelled like wet dog. Not enough parking. Didn’t want to take my socks off because floor was gross. Small bathroom with mold. Flimsy towels. Paid way too much but was all that was available. Charged me $25 for a pillow I did not take.

Poorly lit rooms, No room service, if you wanted fresh towels or your trash emptied, you had to put it outside your room each morning. Going down the halls in the morning was unpleasant to be sure.
