Very rude clerk at desk. Was disrespectful and unprofessional would not try to help had to sleep in my car ! Paid for room and heard her talking saying im not putting him in the room i use,

If I could give 0 stars I would. The rooms were awful, it was a straight up dump. They claimed this place was 100% smoke free, I can promise you it was not. Smelled like smoke throughout the place and especially in our room. Not one aspect of the room was nice or clean, carpeting was disgusting with stains that were sticky. Nothing in the room was maintained or up-kept in any way. The chains on our doors weren’t even completely bolted in. I can go on and on with how horrible the rooms were. When we talked to the front desk at check in they were clueless to any questions we had related to our room. I would highly recommend getting any other hotel than this place even if you’re just passing through.

What is there to say i needed to change my arrival date by 1 day and can't get ahold of anyone. I've tried since 1/6/24
Multiple times a day. Now i have no room to go to for my flight that was postponed by a day.

The location was fine. The room could’ve been a lot cleaner- in particular the bathroom.

It was overall a great experience. Our only problem was noise level. There was a big gap under door and you could everything in hallway as well as in the room next door.

In my first night, i was put into 3 rooms because each was dirty. Tv remote was filthy and had no batteries, desktop had a sticky substance all over it along with the hardwood floor. Didn't get a shower because the bathtub looked like it hadn't seen a good cleaning for a few years.

The first thing walking in the room my kids and I noticed the stains on the bed sheets. The towels also had stains. I went down and requested bed sheets be changed. The clerk called housekeeping and told them my request. The lady from housekeeping knocked on our room door and came in. She said “I’m sorry but all of our sheets look that way so it’ll be the same result.” That is unacceptable!! My son and I went to the store and purchased 2 sets of bed sheets and took them to a friends home and washed them and brought them back to hotel room and placed on beds. This is the first time I’ve gone to this extreme. Never again will I ever stay at a Red Roof Inn!!!!!!!!!!

Clean enough. Dtd not spend too much time there because I had to catch a plane at 6:30am. The beds could be a little bigger. Good enough for a 12 hour stay. People were nice at the desk.

everything was ok other than the over charge for damzges to a scratch on the door by my dog and we really dont know if he did it or not 250 is to much for scratched paint you all so had people that was on house arrest hanging in the lobbies getting into other people business we will not use you again when visit family in ohio it was a stressful vaction

Good value for the price. Room was clean, even though a bit worn. It didn’t smell badly. Front desk staff was nice, but needs to learn discretion with guest information and not announcing for safety reasons.

We found sheets and mattress stained with blood. We asked for them to be changed, but there was no housekeeping. We had to change them ourselves! The rug were filthy too.
I won’t be staying in any Red Roof again.
I had been to another one in NJ, and that was acceptable.

This motel seems to cater to the homeless, who I’m sure don’t pay to be there. I have absolutely no problem with that. If Red Roof wants to do this for homeless, that’s awesome, but because of that , there’s no customer service. I asked for towels twice. Gave them all day to deliver, and never got them. Was there 4 nights, room never touched. Not even kleenex provided. Nothing really provided. Not even tea bags. Cigarette holes in sheets. I could go on, but what’s the point. I’d be wasting my time because you don’t really care. Not that it hurts you, but I’ll never stay at Red Roof again. Not because of the homeless, but the lack of service once you check in. I asked if we could check out an hour late, and the answer was a quick “ no ma’am”, then at 11:10, they’re knocking at the door to make sure you’re leaving. We were just taking our suitcases out. How would one hour hurt them??

I checked in before an event and just had a bad feeling but thought it’s only one night. The employee working the desk was nice and friendly. The room had a smell that was making me sick to my stomach and was very round down and dirty. I had to get to the event and when I got back around 1am by an uber there were a bunch of people outside and cops were there. I ended up leaving right then. As I was pulling out to get to the exit, a car was sort of blocking the exit and someone ran to the passenger side and then the car took off. I was glad to leave even though I was so tired.

Save some money and stay here. Don't expect it not to smell like cigarettes just because they hung some no smoking signs.

There was a very bad smell in my room when I initially entered. I don't know if its the cleaning supplies or what, but it was bad. Toilets are very low to the ground. So much so that it feels as though your sitting over a hole dug out in Viet Nam. Oh, and my room phone was broken - so that was of no use to me either. However, the saving grace were the staff members. Extremely friendly & willing to help wherever needed. Give these people a raise! They deserve it.

My bed had been urinated in and clean sheets put on top. The bed was made and was still wet underneath

Smoke free placards everywhere but the lobby reeked of old tobacco and the upstairs hallway of marijuana. Lots of people hanging out outside their rooms with doors open (not something the management has direct control over). Room was surprisingly clean considering the common areas, but dingy with peeling wallpaper and such. Front desk guy was polite and efficient but seemed very unhappy. I don’t blame him.

The person at the desk tried to charge me again claiming my charge had expired. Then miraculously solved it when I called my husband. The room was quite dirty and the AC unit was so loud. I will not be staying here again. Only positive was the price, but I wouldn’t pay anything to stay here again.
