The guy i dealt with not only charged me more than the app itself. He even tried to get more money out of me for security deposit

Quick two day trip. In and out. Room was clean and fine.!

My TV kept searching off and on for 2 days asked for it to be fixed if possible. No help asked to be moved to another room since all the other rooms TV's were working fine was told their were no rooms open when half the place was vacant . I was very patient for 21/2days but on the third day it went to searching form 1pm til I went and asked to be moved at 11pm still no help trying to fix the situation so I turned it off watched my phone and checked out the next morning. Very poor customer service

When I checked in at 2 something the lady was very rude and no where on the online booking did they say there is a 100 charge for if u take something r tare up the place.i tried to explain to her where does it say online bout the charge she she didn't know n I could leave but will not get a refund.And on top of that she charged $120 instead of the $100. on the other hand the Hispanic lady In morning was very nice n apologized for the other one at check in

Booked a non-smoking room. All I could smell was cigarettes. Just paid for the 1 day reservation fee and moved to another place to live.

There were roaches in the bathroom and on the counter around the sink and the blanket on the bed had cigarette burn holes in it.

Other guests were loud. Housekeeping came in at 9a came back again at 10 telling me I had 15 mins to get out.

This hotel is absolutely horrible! Upon arrival they had to switch my room because half the hotel didn’t have hot water. Then as soon as I got in my room I seen roaches. The next day we got up thinking we were gonna get a good breakfast well nope they said they only had coffee smh even though their website says they have breakfast. Over half their employees don’t speak english so on the day I put the do not disturb sign on the door they kept on knocking. I would not stay here again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it either

Typical budget motel quality, nothing exceptional (although hilarious to see Porsche and Land Rover dealers next door!). But no staff to be found at office at checkout -- I ended up leaving keys and getting no receipt after 15 minutes of waiting and searching for staff.

It’s a 2 star at best no more . Only because the service. Room was ok but tv remote didn’t have a back had duct tape. Some socket were not functional to plug into and no ironing board and iron ruin my shirt.

I don’t like the fact you have to put a 100 dollars deposit down and the pay for the room that place it’s good enough for that.

My recent stay at Econo Lodge Huntsville, AL was OK until the front desk wanted a $100 deposit once we arrived, even though we paid in full on the hotels.com app, (the fact that they needed a deposit was not listed in the hotel requirements).Lady at front desk said she would only charge 50 but then charged the card for 100 anyway. Also, I reserved a standard King, non-smoking and the front desk put us in a double smoking... burn holes on bedding, coffee bags in sealed containers were molded, customer service was terrible. Would not recommend staying there.

They wanted to give me the Smoker's Special. I have breathing problems and would not stay there. There was no mention of smoking in the reservation!!!!

After my arriving the clerk tell me that is only smoking room, nothing else, i do explain that i don’t smoke and i has asthma, he just canceled the reservation and is nothing else he can do because i made the reservation through Hotels.com

Was nothing like the website.
Rooms are dirty, tub is dirty, fingerprints in walls, cig burns in the blankets. Cobb webs in the corners, no breakfast only coffee which you make in your room. Front desk guy looked lost.

It looks on until the lights go out. First as soon as my husband went to get ice. The machine was broke. On his way back while i was imposing the car a man and woman pulled up and offered sex. Then as i turned in lights the next morning i was met with roaches

Walls pealing from water damage. Blood and other stains on all the bedding. Don't book here.

I had a smoking king room. But the fitted sheet and top sheet both had burn holes on them. And the top comforter had a nice size old stain on it. The hotel was totally booked so I was unable to ask for another room

The room was very clean but dated. Beds- small but comfortable. Walls super thin!! It gets pretty loud at night. Be aware that they will try to place a hold on your card that’s on your Expedia account before checkin. If the card declines, they will cancel your reservation. If you are looking for something last min and cheap and not spending a lot of time inside, this will do.
