Iwas told I had to go to the front desk to get a breakfast coupon so I did.
The clerk at the front desk didn't seem to know what I was talking about. Then he started to check the computer with a gesture out of of suspicion. I have to wait a while feeling like I did something wrong that I might not get a breakfast this time.
Eventually he had to ask his colleague beside him to find the spot saying the breakfast was included and handed me a card for breakfast.

Fantastic location, next to metro station. Lots of food places around, very safe. Gym is spacious and well equipped. Staff is helpful but front desk isn’t friendly. Rarely smell or acknowledge the guests. Breakfast isn’t popular, probably too pricey and too many options around. The room on West side May be a tad noisy due to construction.

Staff was very friendly and location was fantastic. Place was comfortable: not ultra fancy, but more than adequate for our needs. I was annoyed that the lights for the restrooms in the ballroom /common areas were on a sensor/timer, and that the signaling sensor was right near the door, so the lights would go out if someone was using the bathroom/toilet, and they would have no way to turn them back on again.

Horrible stay. Services are not as advertised. The hotel is dirty & staff are incompetent. I had multiple issues every other day there. When I complained about not receiving a refund that they were supposed to process a month and a half ago, they called the police on me for no reason at all. I complained about a refund & they lied & said that I was a threat to the property & I was being violent. I never ever EVER was violent, I wasn’t ever even rude. The management is weird, rude, & this is not a safe place. Housekeepers entered my room without knocking multiple times.

Could you please provide me a receipt for my stay at Hyatt for two days. I didn't find it in earlier correspondence. I need it urgently to submit it to Lufthansa for compensation for a cancelled fight.
The stay was good, but for some reason the hotel doesn't provide bathrobes, slippers and no good place for breakfast in the hotel as it's practiced everywhere in the world even in no-star hotels.

Pretty much we like everything about the hotel, except that our bed sheets were not replaced. Hey but it was good enough!!

The staff were very nice as I interacted with them.
Cleaning service was declined since it was a short stay but they cleaned anyway.
The ice machine on my floor was not there and yet there was no sign to indicate that until you walked past the area where the ice machine should be been.
When I ordered delivery, the front desk didn't notify me it was there. I had to call down to see if it was delivered so by the time I got it, it was cold and not at all appetizing. The staff were busy but it would have been nice to receive a call.

This hotel was really basic. I booked here because I had reservations to take my boyfriend to Morton’s for his birthday and it’s connected to the restaurant. However, the upscale restaurant paired with a hotel that’s not luxury or top notch is mind blowing. The heater was thee most loudest thing I have ever heard. The cleaning people don’t even do a good so much dust. I’m really disappointed. This was my first time sleeping at a Hyatt and I will never do it again.

Our visit to the Hyatt is always a good one. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is immaculate. Anytime we request something, it is brought to us quickly. The beds are very comfortable. Also, Morton’s is a great restaurant.

There was a sewer gas smell in the hallway that penetrated our room. I explained this at the front desk and a maintenance worker who happened to be passing by said “I didn’t smell anything.” Sewer gas is a health hazard causing headaches, nausea, dizziness. The front desk staff was luckily apologetic for his unprofessional behavior.

I don’t like that Hyatt didn’t disclose breakfast is nothing but Starbucks voucher. I might not choose hyatt if this information is disclosed.
