The night staff were incredibly friendly and had loads of great suggestions for a fun night and morning run in Vienna.

This hotel has been refurbished and as a result the rooms are impeccable. The amenities are impeccable. The painting is fresh and I think we got the most well-trained staff we've had in a long time.
I would like to give a shout out to Estefania, the receptionist, who made our check-in experience an absolute delight. Everybody who served us did so. They had a smile on their face and we had cappuccinos as our welcome drink. They were very happy to give us a few other coffees along the way as well. Even the baristas were super helpful. They came up to us with the coffee again with a smile on their face. Everybody over there seems to be enjoying working over there, which in turn makes us feel extremely welcome.
I would give this place a hundred on ten if I could but for the time being let me just leave it at you will be in very good care.

The hotel was in a great location, close to transport links and easy access to restaurants & bars. The hotel restaurant was also very good. Breakfast was amazing! The staff were very friendly. Vienna is a great city too and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
