Customer Service was very very good. The rooms were nice and clean that only issue I had was it said it’s her breakfast and when I found out breakfast was $17 per person, but overall the room itself was in the help was outstanding.

If you are in a room on the second floor, you can hear a creaking sound just from the guests in the rooms on the third floor walking around.

When I did the reservation said free breakfast, but when we arrived they say that is not available on weekends 😑 And we chose these place for the breakfast included :( fortunately they are restaurants to close.
For the rest, everything was good, cleaning and bath and body works, wco friendly and quantity 👍

I always stay here when i need a hotel. Staff is always friendly, everyone minds their business, and the rooms have always been clean. They offer laye checkout at 12pm if you ask (without a fee)

Room was not clean. Towels had hair in them and there was dog food in the corner. Highly disappointed

Great bang for the buck. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Additionally, the room had all the essentials like working TV and shower with all the great mini-bonuses like microwave, mini-fridge, safe, and more.
Will very likely return in the future.

Location is in a business/residential area of Torrance so not many walkable amenitities, however Del Amo shopping Center is a close drive. Unit was little noisy, either from the fan in the bathroom or a/c unit. Also, it rained during our stay and there was a distinct dripping sound near the a/c unit. Basically fine for an inexpensive no-frills place to stop.

Very good price point with free parking in about 50 mins from Los Angeles and Hollywood (with traffic). Modern looking clean hotel with good security and atmosphere. There was no breakfast incuded and day time manager (wearing a brown coat) was very unwelcoming and cold.

It was a good spot, only issue is that the walls and floors can be thin, you sometimes hear things you shouldn’t during your stay.

The hotel itself was lovely. However, there was a strike going on at the time that we stayed there so the noise from that was a little distracting. Overall a lovely place to stay but I would aim for a non-– strike time.

Unfortunately room services was not provided nor available upon request. Excuse was, they are short staff, did not even take out trash for us. We were given unusable breakfast tickets that were given due to lack of room service personnel.

Equipments are old, but clean. There are a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and free WiFi. Some noise may not be avoided by the old building. In summary, good.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have breakfast included, the smell and customer service didn’t understand my needs due to language… phones didn’t work in the rooms. The water pressure wasn’t good and room service doesn’t clean under the beds.

Room itself was decent and the fridge & microwave was what made me book this hotel. However, the room wasn't cleaned well when I checked in and found pieces of hair in the fridge and dust or hairball by the corner of the room. And what bothered me the most was the mold on the curtains and the A/c also blew air that had a strong mold-like smell. Good thing LA has nice weather, I kept the window opened most of the day and slept without turning on the A/c at night. Not sure if other rooms are like this but I won't be staying here again.

I have booked for two days. first day service was OK but next day in the morning found that breakfast costs 17.50 per person. It was not that special breakfast !! I paid it anyways. 2nd day morning shower didn't have hot water. what a shame!! it was not a cheap hotel but dind't like the service overall.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. My room was facing the busy street, and it was so noisy with the busy traffic. I had four nights here and every day I could not sleep well. Also there was no hot shower!! I complained to the hotel, but they just told me to wait 20 minutes. Of course, after 20 minuets, there still wasn't hot water running. They did not even offer me another room. Every morning, I had to take cold shower!!
I have stayed hundreds of hotels, and this was one of the worst!
