This was the first hotel I have stayed in in a long time that we thought was great! The room was clean, spacious and so comfortable. It had plenty of room. It had everything we needed. The hotel staff were so friendly and fast. It was clean, updated and so nice. We asked for extra pillows and towels and the staff were nice about it and brought them right up for us. We haven't had such nice staff in a very long time. It was close to everything you could possibly need. We walked to a restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and everything was very close. Super convenient. We loved it and will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

It was great very close to sheas where we were seeing a performance i dont like that they dont have parking and you have to walk 5 min with your luggage to get there

The building itself was ok outside parking lot was dirty with garbage We were told our breakfast was being served from 6:00 am to 10:00 am and given an information sheet that I have that shows that time. Kitchen closed at 9:30 am. I am a diabetic and it made my morning very stressful since I need to have food with my medication. Front desk personnel said they couldn’t do anything about it. The explanation made it seemed like kitchen staff changed the schedule themselves because it was Christmas. Very disappointed since we had made they reservations and made sure food was available for me since I was travelling back to Canada and had a 3 hr drive home.

The hotel was nice. The room was a good size. Our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke when we arrived as well as when we came back later on that night despite the hotel being smoke-free. A couple upgrades would be good - the towel rack kept falling apart any time we hung a towel on it. Overall a good stay though.

Great property! A little older, but overall a great place to stay for a weekend trip. Large rooms were a plus, too!

Broken door. Could see into the room from the hallway with the door shut because the door hinges had been bent due to someone trying to force the door open previously. Because of this the door slammed loudly into the door frame and had to be lifted into place. I’m sort of speechless that they find this acceptable. Stains on the curtains. Shower head wall flange was loose, leaving a dirty, moldy hole in the wall. Multiple light fixture and towel racks are falling off the wall. Chair cushions are dirty and stained. All in all it was rather uncomfortable because you just feel like “man, if these things are allowed to pass inspection, how clean are these sheets? How clean is this shower. How safe is the free breakfast?” One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Parking at the hotel would have been good but it was not too far. The hotel could have used a refresh especially the washroom. Breakfast could have used some improvement. Hated the tram going by so early I the morning

If you walk out the hotel doors at the street intersection, there are wonderful, walkable dining & drink options in 3 directions. Was so very pleasantly surprised, even our first night with flight delays & arriving at 130 am. Very helpful staff. Lots of space in the room. Great black out shades.

We chose this hotel due to location to the Town Ballroom and dining close by. The room was great and we got an amazing nights sleep. Breakfast was good and we would stay here again. Parking garage was 2 blocks but wasn’t bad.

We came for a Bills game.. its was great. But this was the perfect place to go out downtown after from. Its a 20 min drive so you do need a DD or an Uber unfortunately. Regards.

Stayed there to get my passport. Passport office is 1 block away. Hotel is very accommodating with a late check out so you can hang at the hotel waiting for your passport to be printed.

For my particular needs, this property was a good choice. The Hotel do better for guest parking.

Front desk check in last night was nice and pleasant. Offered suggestions of where to dine late night. Please know the upper floors are reserved for airline flights crews. Do not stay on the 2nd floor. I’ve been staying in hotels for 2 months straight for business and I can’t in good conscience recommend this property ever. You have one opportunity to make a first impression and this hotel failed miserably. The breakfast experience was absolutely abysmal. The breakfast room attendant should find another line of work because she was incredibly rude and had a sour disposition. She barked at me for no reason because she was frustrated that all the food was gone at 9:00AM and breakfast was open until 10:00AM. Unacceptable behavior on her part and the first time get these 2 months that I was confronted with this kind of attitude. What was remaining at 9:00AM was inedible. I mentioned her behavior to the front desk staff this AM and received a tepid response. I would never stay at this property ever again and highly recommend that you do the same.

Generously sized and furnished rooms, and responsive staff. Parking was offsite, about 2 blocks away, but modestly priced. The nearby trolley line is convenient, but comes along with the associated noise.

The room was great but located right above the city trolley system that runs noisily most of the night. The breakfast was mostly prepared offsite and contained some fairly synthetic looking food. the cost was high for the same product I get in generally much more expensive markets.

The hotel was a short drive from the Key Bank Arena, the reason for our visit to Buffalo. Also there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel

Great location in Theatre District downtown Buffalo. Lots of restaurants, bars. Metro stop right on the corner. Good breakfast included. Great staff. Room was actually a suite so very spacious. Bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. Top of the line sheets. I'd stay here again!

This hotel has no parking space, sink was clogged. I’ve never been to a hotel where I have to walk two blocks to oark, and pay parking fee. That’s on you, Expedia.

Parking is the only issue but the rest was very good
