It was a lovely two days, in town for a wedding. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities - fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board, hair dryer - everything we could have needed.

I just like this hotel and even more in the summer when we can use the outdoor pool.

If anyone enjoys staying in hotel with fee bead bugs, then this is perfect choice.
But for me it was a nightmare, got bitten by them, then shook some of them off to the sink.
Disgusting, and very unprofessional. Had to work all day, with equipment troubleshooting after all.
This place isn’t for me ever again.

We were told we could have two sets of connecting rooms close to each other - and then when we got there, we were told that “doesnt exist”. One of the rooms was quite dirty/dingy and reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was a “non-smoking room”

My room had a couch, which was great, but there is poor lighting in that area. It makes it difficult to read while sitting on the couch.

Staff was very friendly, but not all the electrical or phone outlets worked. Our in room safe did not work . I went to the front desk and asked to have it fixed. They never took care of it. One day when we wanted our room cleaned, no one came. The rugs seem dirty and getting old. The bath room is very small. I don’t think I will be staying here again. The hotel seems to be getting tired, the elevator makes a un-nerving sound and looks dirty.

Stay for 2 days for work. Hotel is going througj some remodeling but it is clean. The front desk girl at night was really awesome and helpful, her name is itera.
If i spelled it right. House keeping can be a little better on leaving fresher towels and stuff but no big deal. Good place for the price

Was a good stay didn’t encounter any problems. The couch in the room is pretty uncomfortable but when you’re on vacation you don’t spend much time in your room anyway. 10/10 stay

My room was smelly, smelled like pee when the AC was on. Me and my family are all asthmatic and we all had to take breathing treatments due to the stuffiness and smell of the room. Upon attempting to use the pull out bed the bed spread and comforter were stained with a reddish/orange stain. Our room was upgraded executive suite after speaking with the front desk. They were more than accommodating. Other than that my stay was average I’ve stayed at better hotels.

I only had problems with two things but they're big things.
1. Can't control the air conditioner and it only went down to 70 degrees.
2. The shower/tub drained HORRIBLY. By the end of my shower the tub was half full of water.

Room was clean. However, front desk was not friendly and very unwelcoming . In addition, I had called and requested for a crib previous to the day. The day of, the secretary said there were no cribs available.

Toiletries not readily available due to limited staff; ants in room; contacting of hotel staff wasn’t possible- no one answered phone calls; messy areas at breakfast; initial room request was not ready/not honored at check in; assistance with areas in hotel and around were not expressed, shared or explained to me a guest who was new to that part of the city

Elevators stopped working out of the blue while me and my family were trying to get to the second floor. The room they gave me did not have a working ac, toilet did not flush. Horrible experience, save yourself the headache and pay more but get a better hotel.

Everything was great except for not receiving my deposit back in a timely manner! After a customer checks out the hold should be immediately released! Someone forgot to submit my release and It wasn’t until I called back 4 days later saying it was never refunded that they released it and that took another 7 days to receive!!

This customer service was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean for the most part. The carpet in the room was old and worn. I am very happy with my stay.
