The hotel is located within Chinatown. We walked around town, from the hotel to the Old Montreal, the Old Port, and every other touristic site in between, and later we walked from the hotel to La Place des Arts, along Saint-Catherine W. Street to the Eaton Center, and underground City. We didn't use the hotel's restaurant, really good options outside of the hotel. We ate breakfast at the boulangerie Ange, or at the boulangerie La Cave à Manger within the Bonsecours Market, etc. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, it had a mini fridge and coffee maker, but not a microwave, or a safety box (bring a luggage lock). The pool was small, and the water kind of cold but the kids had fun, the Jacuzzi was small too, and it made a lot of foam that looked kind of dirty (brown residue) that made me get out quite fast, the sauna was kind of small and it wasn't heating a lot. We stayed at the hotel 2 nights, we drove our own car from CT, the front desk agent gave us a tkt to use at the machine in the parking garage while getting out, he said we would be able to use it as many times as we needed to. The first day, after almost 24h in the garage we used the tkt while getting out and it worked, it didn't charged us, but sadly the second day the tkt didn't work, and the machine charged us like $33. So make sure they give you a tkt per night.

A great location to be sure. Can walk to old town and old Portugal within 15 mins. The negatives: great room but bed/pillows not too comfortable. Parking is fine bit expensive at $30/day. The upside versus cheaper options is that you can go in and out as much as you want. Beware..cheaper parking options do not let you in and out. DO NOT prepay the breakfast at $28pp. This is a canned breakfast of microwaved eggs,bacon, and rock head English muffins. The fruit was ok but not worth $28. There is a Tim Horton across the street and other options for much less. All in all, we would return to this hotel.

The property is showing it's age.

Two major elements : Could stop the air conditionning in the room that seemed to work automatically, and we're in November. The heat was not working either and they came to verify my room to make sure there were no issues... indeed, it wasn't functionnal. So they brought me additionnal blankets, but I was still freezing during the night. No room change or whatever. Also, the breakfast is significantly expesive for the quality of the food. Would not recommend at all.

Great place. Old Port close and walkable to Centre Bell

Hotel was central to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Loved the closeness to Palais de Congress and Old Montreal. Hotel was clean and room was updated. Transit was across the street for easy access to Costco and Nike factory stores. Will be back for sure!

Is due for some reno

The staff at the front desk were excellent - and very helpful. We really enjoyed the Chinese decor in the lobby and eating area - water features and koy were enjoyable.

Once again a very expensive hotel that doesn't include breakfast,that's the only downside

We loved that it's in walking distance to amny attractions. Absolutely hated that the window in our room overlooked the interior lobby. Made it dark and gloomy and you couldn't tell the time of day, much less the weather.

Great location love the China town theme

Travelled with my 2 kids- i wish they had smart tvs with netflix/prime video however location was convenient and felt safe enough in my opinion. We got to walk to the Old Montreal Ferris wheel and back in a breeze. Would definitely keep in my options for future stay. Thank you :)

I booked a one-bed room and it was changed to a double-bed room without any notice.Also, at night until 12:30 it was noisy and loud outside. I do like the cleanses of the place.

Heart of Chinatown

It was a good location for walking distance to Old Montreal. (10 minutes). Great view from our balcony. Whiskey selection could be better in the bar.

The breakfast is way too expensive and the food is actually horrible. I felt sick.

The hotel was great, walkable distance to notra dame, old Montreal, chinatown and metro station. The rooms were good, just wish pillows was more better. All in all enjoy the experience

Excellent hotel. Close by to everything. Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Parking is convenient and everything is a walking distance away. Very well maintained. Clean in and out. Cleaning staff goes above and beyond. All in all 10/10 highly recommend and will be back again.

The hotel ensures a comfortable stay with everything you need, especially a comfortable bed, the room was silent and clean with a nice view towards the old town. The stuff was also very friendly and helpful. Overall I was satisfied, and it is a good value for the money.

The room was very comfortable. I slept great. Location of the hotel is great also. I didn’t eat at the hotel but noticed they have a good sized restaurant near reception.

We reserved two rooms and both rooms we had problems with air-conditioner. On one of the rooms, there was a metal noice every time the air started and went on all night, the other room, it was not working at all all

Personal very friendly and easy access to the parking

I had a friend staying with me who was not feeling well and requested some water bottles. They said they wouldn’t bring any and to use the vending machine. When the vending machine didn’t work I called back and they said try another floor…so I took the stairs to another floor to another broken machine. When I went to the desk they said to go to the machine on that floor. All of this to get water which seems like such a simple request. The final machine only accepted cash or my corporate credit card, to go to a vending machine, to get a bottle of water. All was ridiculous and quite frustrating. Everything else was fine but I would not stay here again.

The room was expensive and the parking was not included.

I do not recommend this place if you care for clean hotel and clean lcoals. Over priced with minimum privillages, when I aked the frond desk Asian rep for guidance he tried to sell something extra.

Great location for walking to old Montreal and other areas. Great maid service and easy access to parking and elevators. Would love a microwave in the room, though.

Hotel was as expected...clean great amenities and efficient service. Front desk and housekeeping were very accommodating and responded quickly to requests. Kids enjoyed the pool and location was perfect. Will definitely stay again.
