Pretty clean, rooms were updated, lamp only worked with wall switch...but nothing major. No shuttle that we saw, but ubers and underground secure parking was good. Virtual kiosk was easy to use even for extra key cards...efficient and quick!

Room was nice, just what was advertised, and clean. Everything was great, just make sure to inquire about parking.

It wasn’t the worst experience, but it didn’t make me wanna go back and stay there again
The air-conditioning was very loud and didn’t turn off or adjust properly
The bathtub didn’t drain properly so while I was taking a shower, there was dirty water at my feet. The front desk receptionist she was pleasant but apprehensive to provide me with more bath towels.
The two very nice people who cleaned my room, didn’t speak English at all so when I asked him a question, they didn’t know how to respond, but they were very nice
