The room was too small and no sofa or chair. I didnt find parking and need to look outside.

Room was fine but they usually only put hold on card for deposit this time they charged extra 100 still waiting that said 2 to 3 days week ago

The room had all the amenities you would need, beds were extremely comfortable, quiet and front desk service was extremely helpful to accommodate your needs. Downside ....Our room bathroom had a working toilet, but the back was cracked and the cover didnt fit the toilet. I felt, if the had prior vandalism, this toilet should have been replaced before putting guest in there. When we left in the morning, the police was there addressing an unknown incident.

My stay was pretty good it’s did its job but the only thing that spooked me that there was bug in my bed so I don’t know if it’s there’s more bugs or it was just the one one bug but my stay was overall was very very good

Easy to get in and out the biggest things the place needs a good upgrade and repairs rooms are out dated. Property could use a good cleaning. Close to shopping and food just don't go to the Denny's just saying

very bad smell in room, seriously needs upkeep, missing paint, no shower jel in dispenser, towel bar in bathroom fell of wall, no mini-fridge. It served it's purpose as a 1 night place to shower and sleep but I will not stay again

We needed something cheap and close
To the casino. We slept showered and left. Nothing fancy but just what we needed. Will definitely go again. 70$ on a Friday night??!!

Our room was missing a mini fridge and a microwave. It was not a clean establishment.

There was nothing to like in this hotel. The door to the bathroom did not close, no soap in the dispenser, the shower didn't work properly. There was a guy rapping at 3am outside, I felt unsafe at this hotel.

They have very shady practices, I had put I would pay at the hotel at 1pm when check in is at 3pm they were charging my card stating because it’s policy and it’s Saturday. You have 24 hours to cancel, I do not disagree with them charging my card but not at 1pm this can be done by 6-7pm giving the customer time to show up. Felt this is very shady and not right. I have stayed in plenty of hotels this has never happened. not reserving a room here ever again

Room smelt like mold, very small, pillows had black stains, bathroom incredibly small, curtains were a moldy yellow and black. Outside the hotel was dirty and the people around seemed sketchy. This property felt like it was made for prostitutes and drug addicts. We entered the room, looked around and left instantly. To say The images online were deceiving is an understatement.

This was a very disappointing experience. Even though we called ahead and we’re told it would not be a problem,the room was not ready when we arrived for early check in and we had to wait for two hours.
Once in the room, there were no bulbs in the reading lams over the beds. Someone did come to install them after we reported the lights were not working.
The bathtub had stains. Small bugs were seen on the bathroom counter in the morning.
On the positive side, the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean.
We chose RRI because we have a cat and know of their pet friendly policy. We will not stay here again.

Do not stay here, its cheap for a reason. The place was so unsanitary, there were roaches and im still trying to get my refund from this place. They also make you put down a $100 deposit, they dont tell you about until you check in. The area was super unsafe.

Very small bathroom, bottom of door broken and splintering. Very uncomfortable pillows. Door difficult to lock.

The staff was nice, but the property was just gross. Bugs in the bathroom. The cover fell off the bathroom fan, which doesn't work. Empty spot where a refrigerator once was, with the gross plastic tray still there. Peeling paint, stained and chipped tub, ancient yellowed telephone, burned out lights, small pillows with discolored cases... I could keep going on. And, someone definitely entered my room after I checked in and left the property. I don't suspect foul play, I think housekeeping may not have been quite finished, but it was still unsettling.

The hotel room was extremely dirty. The area around the hotel room was unsafe. The bathroom door was broken and the AC did not work. I was told that there was a refrigerator and there wasn't. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. I didnt even stay the 2 nights due to the unsafeness and how dirty it was. Very disappointed, will never go back.
