Absolutely great! The front desk was so sweet and made every effort to accommodate my early check in time which was super appreciated. The room was nice and big with all the amenities I could need. It is a trek into the city during rush hour but that certainly isn’t the fault of the Red Roof.

Its Was Clean!! Sraff was Great! In front of Main street that you can hear car noise, but it dnt matter to me. In just there only for sleep. Will stay again.

Entire room was filthy… WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY THERE. Everything about hotel speaks NASTY! There’s also homeless people camped out on and around primises

I traveled for a conference in Alexandria, Virginia, and couldn't have been more pleased with the clean, comfortable room and the good value of my 2 night stay.

Staff incredible, facility terrible. Room was worn down, facilities are tired. That might have been okay except for the roach in my room.

Check-in was extremely slow. Room smelled like smoke.

The pictures look like it has been updated. They painted the walls (didn't use Kilz because you still get a whiff of smoke). If the furniture was recently replaced, it has been treated very poorly. The sink basin is relatively new, but everything else is old and in poor condition. The linens and bed was clean, but you couldn't pay me to step barefoot in the shower. Entry to your room is through a walkway from the outside. Woke up to an argument outside my door. Lots of transients carrying grocery store plastic bags. The check-in is through a side of the building (lobby off limits) in a smoke smelling area with a bank teller set up if that gives you any kind of idea of what a terrible area this is in. I would not recommend to anyone.

Things work out well every time I've stayed at this property.

The staff that worked with me were incredible! Lovely people! My room (a deluxe room, by the way... I can only imagine the regular rooms) was awful. The bed was HANDS DOWN the worst bed I've ever "slept" on. To the point that I slept on the floor with my feet elevated one of the nights just so I could actually get some sleep. The pillows were filled with a single napkin, I assume. Incredibly flat. The microwave kept beeping at me all night. All in all it was legit one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed at. But again, I cannot stress this enough, the staff was very friendly and a delight to work with.

It was a nice experience

The 1st room had a dip in one bed and dirty. It had a ring around the tub and food in the fridge but the toilet paper had a point as if it was cleaned. We asked for another room. The 2nd room was clean, but we didn't realize until later that there was no water pressure in the sink and the shower head was busted. The neighbors were loud and yelling outside all night. We stayed twice before and it was fine, but we will never stay again...

This hotel is not that clean I didn’t sleep well

The room was nice but I had several issues durning my stay. I had issues with my key card not working consistently. I was not informed when I checked in that house keeping is only done every four days. When I requested new towels and the trash to be picked up, it was initially ignored. The location of the motel maks it very difficult to access in evenings because of heavy car traffic.

At check in hotel determined that reservation had been cancelled by Hotels.com. Later hotels,com determined that Red Roof had cancelled reservation. I was able to get a room but at a higher rate. I was disappointed by hotel.com assistance and explanation. Then I observed trespassers on the property as I walked my pet. The hotel staff were notified and took no action nor did they attempt to clear of property of the homeless individual who was standing just outside the check in door. I am a senior citizen and solo traveler. This is very unacceptable.

I just mentally accepted it was a place to sleep. I don’t think I will stay at Red Roof again. This was the second weekend in a row staying at a Red Roof Inn in two different states & elevator smelled like urine, cigarette smells in the room & loud guests

One of my pet peeves about cheap hotels: the drains are often slow. The bathtub in this room would hardly drain at all. The second person going for a shower would find a pool of cold water in the tub.

There werent any snacks and there were burn holes in the sheets in a nonsmoking room

Property is supposedly non-smoking, but the room smelled like somebody just smoked a whole pack of cigarettes in it.

The property has dim lights, it’s a smoke free but from the parking lot you can smell cigarettes and other things. My room smelled really bad and inside the AC there was ashes of cigarettes. I stayed in the front, so I heard all the noises from the cars to the lawnmower in the morning. The bed had yellow stains in the duvet covers, they only provided 2 bath towels and both had black stains in them. I felt so unsafe I didn’t see any securities, every time I was going to my room there was always people outside smoking. My last night I couldn’t even sleep because one of the rooms next to me 2 people were arguing, screaming and throwing things. I wash charged for insurance incase of damages in my room, but other people that stayed in the same place weren’t charged when they checked in. I only saw the front desk employees when I checked in and checked out, and the way their whole window are closed in glass you can feel how unsafe the place can be.

For the price, it's okay. It got us through for a few nights. The location is right on the side of the highway and it can get pretty loud at nights. We got a room facing the highway, better than the ones on the opposite side. Although siren from ambulance, fire trucks, and police are heard every now and then. No restaurants in the area except for one across the highway that makes real good sandwiches. If you don't have a car, it's quite a bit of a walk to the train station although there are buses around. If you decide to get a room, get the upgraded one. I would recommend it. It is clean and comes with a safe and a microwave. It's a 2 and a half star so not much to be expected. The staff are attentive and helpful.

There was no apparent place near the head of the bed into which I could plug in a CPAP machine. There was no place to store baggage prior to check-in except behind a chair in the lobby. Room smelled a bit musty. Pillows were thin. Towels were thin. bathroom exhaust fan was very noisy. On the other hand, I did not hear any noise from the nearby highway, and the desk staff were helpful.

Good, money worthy every facility available as described.

This hotel is very basic. I would only suggest it if you are on a very tight budget. However it is within a 10 minute walk of a metro station so that was a positive.
