Tv didnt work

Great place

We booked thru expedia and got trapped in a free for all of little kids screaming and running around at 6:30am both nights we stayed there

The location is great. The pre-check in was very slick. I just needed to show a photo ID when I arrived and I was given my key to the room. The room was good sized, and things were neat and tidy. The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked, but not the worst bed ever though. Breakfast was just OK. There was no staff around to help with the pancake maker which was out of batter, so it was a cold breakfast. We didn't starve, but pancakes would have been good. My wife was concerned that we could see through the door crack into the hallway. The door locked, so that is all that mattered to me. We would stay here again if we are back in the Superior area. For the money we can't complain.

The property is dated. I reserved a 2 queen room and ended up with one king instead. That only worked out because the other party in my trip had to leave early. There was a large group including a lot of kids.They were loud, slamming doors, running down the halls, yelling from one room to the next. I spoke with the front desk twice and have up because the adults were also yelling. The walls are super thin. The bed was uncomfortable. And to ice the crap cake they didnt say what time breakfast was done, typical hotels on a Saturday would be 10-10:30. It was done at 9. Normally wouldnt be an issue but since i didnt sleep until 3 a.m. I opted to sleep in until 9. They also turn your key card off by 10 even though checkout is not until 11 a.m. so I got locked out when I went to move my car closer to pack up. The employees are nice enough. It was clean. But if you want to sleep, this is not the place to go.

The front lobby was very clean, and the front desk clerk was extremely accommodating, very friendly. Our room was for the most part clean. The couch was visibly worn with numerous stains and the upholstery was torn, exposing the discolored cushion inside. The view from our window was of a very lovely trailer park and the highway we traveled to get to the hotel.

I really like this hotel. Its the first time ive stayed here and have had no issues. Its not on the main drag, which is nice. The staff are amazing and super helpful! The breakfast selection is great and fresh. My family and I will definitely be coming back!

I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were very large, very clean, and had a private bathroom as well as separate sink to get ready for the day. The pool was very large and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Pancakes, yogurt, eggs, biscuit and gravy and other options as well. Very nice stay close to Duluth ☺️

I had a king room Had two separate areas for couch tv and bed with tv staff was great. And very quiet. Nice parking. Close to everything

Lost track of how many times we’ve stayed here. It’s where we stay when we’re in the area.

Staff were wonderful. Easy check in & out. Comfortable beds. Comfortable temperature in room. Clean! Enough hot water. Nice cold water that tastes good right from faucet. If you want an extra quiet night, don't choose a room with the option of a connecting door. Would have been nice, since it is a handicap accessible room, if a vertical hand bar was at the edge of the tub. There are 2 horizontals right at tub level & a vertical in the middle of the back wall. They do have a sturdy tub chair though & plenty of room for a wheelchair.

Overall the property is very nice. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The only hiccup was during the check-in process. However, it was due to regular person being absent. Once a person that is familiar with the process arrived, everything went smooth. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good and the pool and hot tub are very nice and open late, which was a lot of fun. The parking was easy and it has a convenient location to the interstate. Unfortunately that means we heard some of the traffic sounds, and our window view was a trailer park. The door to our room had a huge gap to the hallway where it almost felt like someone would be able to see through it. The towels were tiny and not very soft, and the sheets had pilling and kept coming off the edges of the mattress that made them feel rough and seem old/overused. Staff was very friendly. We were in town visiting family for only a few days, so for the price we will probably stay again in the future.

The facility was in "new" condition and well kept. Staff were friendly. I was disappointed in the breakfast selection since I can't eat pancakes, which was the only warm item available. But, the room rate was less expensive than some motels that offer better breakfasts. I'd definitely stay here again.

Over all it was a good hotel stay. The bed was very comfy however it was very squeeky (like rubber) every time either of us moved. There has been a remodel however the couch in our room got missed. The size of our room was great but the use of space was odd. It was quiet, easy access. Not really walkable to much food or entertainment. Nice folks! We probably will stay here again with all these things in mind.

The bathroom was not clean. Some cobwebs here and there so stuff is being skipped. The heating units smell when you turn it on. The breakfast shut down at 9, which is too early. Most places i stay are serving until 10. Friendly front desk. Convenient with The Shack bar and liquor store nearby. Superior has very limited hotel options so I would think the ones available would want to step it up a bit.

Great place in superior. Just the right spot to take in all the area has to offer. Clean rooms with a very comfortable bed.

It was not bad for the price. Room was large bed comfortable. Water pressure was better than alot of places I have stayed at. There is a walking trail near the hotel. The only complaint is the people above me sounded like elephants. And I wish people would not let rhere kids run in the halls screaming.

Large room!

Pool area was large and lots of room for hanging out. Variety of items on the continental breakfast. Rooms and general areas clean. Large rooms. Would stay here again.

Staff was amazing and very friendly, over all the only issue was a sever lack of towels 😅

Overall an excellent stay. Staff were pleasant. No ambient noise. Sauna, pool, and workout area all redone is cedar. Breakfast was basic, but a wide selection, and plenty of tables. Room smelled funky and gym area opened at 8 am (probably because you have to go through pool area).

Great location for both Duluth and Superior sight seeing. We visited 2 gorgeous Wisconsin State Parks from here as a family. We also visited Duluth, the north shore and Bentleyville. This location was super convenient for all of our activities. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pancakes, pastries, yogurt and cereal. The kids had fun in the pool wich was a great temperature.
